    Installing the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

    The Company did a great job! They worked quickly, professionally, and even help us to remove the old water heater to recycle. I would highly recommend this company for replacing your water heater!

    Installations

    Had Convertible Air last year put in a Tankless water heater, Excellent workmanship . This year had a new high efficient furnace put in , they r the pros. Everything was done proffesionly,they r very organized and very clean.I would highly recommend them, No bull I give them a 5 star rating , excellent company , very proffessional

    New Furnace and AC

    Needing to change our entire HVAC System in the middle of a pandemic with a newborn and elderly in the home was one of the most stressful and scary decisions we had to make. However, Chris gave us the best quote on Carrier Furnace and AC in the city. His technician Kamil and Steve were incredibly professional and made us feel safe the entire time. They were impressive in their creativity for our tight furnace space, making it open and functional, with the highest level of quality I have seen. They even accommodated us over the 2 days with our baby’s sleep schedule. I extremely recommend these guys if you need to replace any of your HVAC components. Five stars AND 10/10 is not nearly enough.

    Replace furnace and A/C

    I have used Convertible Air in the past for a number of my rental properties and have always been impressed with both their customer service and outstanding installation teams. For this property I installed a new high-efficiency furnace and a new Air Conditioner and it was once again a very positive experience. I had a few companies give me estimates, but I went with Convertible because of how Marnie presented my options

    Furnace and Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Convertible installed a new high-efficiency furnace and a new tankless water heater (gas) a few weeks ago, and it was overall a very positive experience. I had a few companies give me estimates, but I went with Convertible because of how Mike, the sales rep, was very clear and straightforward with my options. He laid out what he thought my house needed without trying to push only the most expensive options. On the day of the installation, the guys were very polite and clean. I live in an older semi with a shared driveway, and so it took some careful planning to figure out where to vent both the furnace and the tankless. The installers gave me a few different options and showed me exactly what each would look like before they started, which was very helpful. They also made sure to seal up the old furnace vent (through a chimney) with foam so that cold air could not get back down, which I appreciated. So far, the tankless has been working great, but I have not yet had to use the furnace. I have used also Convertible in the past for my air conditioner and for servicing, and I recommend them to others.

    furnace and air conditioner

    Service was excellent! We used Convertible air many times in the past for our previous homes. The price was so reasonable, and the sales guy was very kind and not pushy at all. Don't waste your time shopping around, because these guys are great.

    New Furnace, Humidifier, Hot Water Tank & Air Conditioning. All done in 1 day. Great Service.

    Great Company, Great Staff. I would recommend this Company to anyone. Fast, Efficient service at a Great Price. Our Sales guy was amazing. Helped us to decide what we needed. Installers had the entire job done in 1 day.

    Excellent service

    The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He knew exactly what was going on and even scoped the outside of the house before the job to ensure there would be no surprises. My furnace was changed and my water heater was brought to code in only a short couple of hours. I did lots of shopping around and convertible had the best prices by far. HIGHLY recommended.
