    Air Conditioner Installation

    Our AC had broken down and we decided to replace the AC unit through Convertible Air. I spoke with Sam who gave me knowledge and sincere advice and information. They were able to set up an appointment for the AC install in 2 days. There were two people who arrived to do the install and they were professional and thorough. We were very happy with the service overall and will be recommending Convertible Air to our friends and family.

    Loved the service!

    From start to finish everything went perfectly. Dieter was super nice and efficient. He cleaned up everything when finished, just a great worker overall. We are so happy to have chosen this company I recommend their services highly.

    Can't Say Enough About Convertible

    We recently found ourselves in need of a new furnace and water heater so we called 3 companies to give us quotes. We found it frustrating that no one would give a straight answer and simply try to upsell. Until you meet Marnie at Convertible Air. Marnie was a wealth of knowledge for products, installation, warranties and rebates. She put together a written quote comparing different brands of furnaces based on what our needs were. Everything was beautifully detailed so we felt confident in the choices we made. Marnie was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Her team arrived on time and were very professional. They covered the hardwood floors, cleaned up after the work and worked steadily to get the job done. The also were very aware of social distancing and wearing masks within our home. The installation looks amazing and we can't say enough about Convertible except to refer them to everyone we know.

    serviced Air Conditioning Unit

    Hi there My name is Caroline McMenamy. I have never written a review in my life with regards to anything. But for the first time not only did I have to call the company to inform them that I just had my unit serviced by the most friendly, knowledgeable ,informative and professional person that I have ever had to deal with.He was so genuine and honest. Not only was the service quick and out standing but His heart was golden . I felt truly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet HENRY. Hes a Definitely an asset to your company. WELL DONE..

    Highly Recommend this company

    Convertible Air was recommended to me by a happy client. Chris came to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable. My furnace was installed quickly and without any issues. I am a satisfied customer and I recommend this company for your future needs.

    Power vented water heater replacement

    Our home was out of hot water after the 13-year old unit failed (faulty thermal couple and/or control unit). It is too old of a tank for repair. I came to homestars.ca and found Convertible H&AC. Convertible H&AC installed a matching 40 USG power vented water heater for us and the experience was pleasant. Adam was the technician who came install the unit for us the next morning after the order was placed with the company owner, Sam over the phone - Adam was very experienced, courteous and efficient on the job (took him ~1.5 hrs). I used to rent a water heater back in the days living at my parents' home and this is my first purchased unit (for my new home). After years of renting the amount of money that put toward something as reliable as a water heater that can be easily paid back in 5-6 years, renting just doesn't make good budget sense anymore. It is comforting to know we are backed by a contractor who is around when needed. Convertible's workmanship and extended warranty on parts and labor are what give us the peace of mind to go with the buyout option upfront. It's almost time for my parents' home to do the same (coincidently it's also a 13-year old tank). After this initial experience, I would recommend Convertible to them.

    High Efficiency Furnace Replacement

    Convertible was recommended by my next door neighbour, and after getting three quotes from competing businesses I decided to go with Convertible. This decision was based on the gentleman on the reception desk who was extremely knowledgable and recommended I go with the model I went with rather than a more expensive model I was looking at, and Chris who gave me the official quote and was very professional. The installation crew arrived on the day and at the time they were supposed to and I was impressed with how meticulous the installation was. Very pleased with the whole process

    Energy Efficiency Update Furnace/AC & Water Heater

    Excellent experience! The sales rep, Chris was masked and shielded for Covid19. He provided 2 good value quotes for Goodman and Carrier systems. Once I agreed to go ahead with the installation it was completed within a couple of business days. The installers were professional, experienced, polite and masked. They put down drop clothes to protect our hardwood floors, so they could bring in the new units and take out the old units. The installation of the furnace, AC and water heater were completed in 1 day. WOW!

    Lucked Out

    I knew I needed to replace the HVAC in my 110 year old house and had gotten quotes in Spring 2019. I wasn't sold on any and the furnace held out for another winter. The fan motor broke; I knew I wouldn't get that lucky again. So, mid-pandemic, I booked appointments for quotes to replace the furnace, AC and hot water heater. The first person didn't show up; the second person came, gave vague answers to my questions, promised a quote and never gave me one. Mike showed up, looked at the furnace and AC, asked questions, discussed options and promised a quote - and gave me one, with options. This is the company I chose and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The installation was friendly and efficient; thanks Kamar and Jamal. As a single, female home owner, I have too much experience with tradespeople looking at you like an ignorant walking dollar sign. I never felt that dealing with Convertible. Thank you. I look forward to doing business with you in future.
