    Purchased a Furnace 

    Purchased a AC this July and Now in October we purchased a Home FurnaceBoth times they came with a quote promptly and answered all my questions.Quotes are one of the best in the city . Work done was Great.  Would recommend them to family and friends. Carlos

    New furnace and Air Conditioner

    We had a great experience with Chris from Convertible Air. He gave us all the info necessary on HVAC services and presented a great unit to fit our budget, for replacing our existing older system. The installation went well with Ryu and Josh yesterday and we are very pleased with our new Furnace and A/C units!

    Tricky Furnace Installation

    Marnie and her team were consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable. We had an extremely tricky set up in terms of where the piping and venting could be run and two other companies had recommended we vent out through the back of the house. Marnie's vast experience indicated that there could be notable issues with this approach and worked with her most experienced team members to figure out a better approach. Despite the complexity of the job, Convertible's quote was extremely reasonable - and we had gotten several quotes. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

    New Furnace

    The whole experience was great. All steps were prompt and on time and the new furnace works very well. Marnie - my sales person and the office manager - called back to schedule the estimate immediately after i left a message. She showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining options and how the installation would go. She also noticed that replacing my old furnace (21+ years old) entitled me to a substantial rebate from the new furnace company, something none of the other estimators noticed. The installers were friendly, did their thing with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up well when they were done. I especially appreciated the answers to some questions i had about regular maintenance and how to change the humidifier filter. All in all an excellent experience.

    Purchase & installation of furnace & hot water heater

    I selected Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning as I purchased an air conditioner from them in 2017 and was pleased with the pricing and service. I am also pleased with the purchase of my furnace and hot water tank. Good pricing and pleasant staff. Everything was cleaned up and garbage removed.

    Tankless water heater

    Rick & Charlie did a very professional installation on water heater very pleased with there work and clean up afterwards would recommend them to install anything in the future thank you. J farrell

    Air Conditioning Replacements

    This is the 3rd time I've used Convertible Air to replace items in my home. This time it was my AC that clonked out, right at the end of the summer. Chris came out to give me a quote and the best pricing on the market. On installation day, 2 people came. They were fast, efficient and safe. They wore their masks the entire time and left my home (inside and out) clean. I have recommended and am happy to recommend Convertible Air again and again!

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We had a great experience with Convertible. The company was recommended by a neighbour and that neighbour had been referred by a friend. Marnie came by and gave a detailed explanation of the work to be done. She was very knowledgeable. Marnie then emailed a few options and answered some further questions. Once we had decided to proceed with the work, an installation date was scheduled quickly. The installers called to advise about their estimated arrival time. They put down a tarp and cleaned up afterwards.

    Furnace and air conditioner replacement

    The whole process was simple and smooth, from quote to installation. Marnie came by and did the initial inspection, answered all my questions, and gave me several options to choose from. Once decided, the install was setup to occur within a week. The installers were professional and polite. They put down a carpet to keep everything clean. After all the work was done, everything was cleaned up and spotless. They changed how the copper tubing for air conditioning was run, so that it was more streamlined and out of sight. They also did a better run for the water lines. They also cleaned up the duct work sheeting above the furnace. They answered all my questions, and were finished on time. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this job. We've started to use the furnace now with the colder weather - everything is working well!

    Furnace replacement

    Really really pleased with every aspect of this job. From first contact on the phone to sales follow-up and finally installation. The installation guys made it look easy! Hauled away the old furnace - that couldn't have been easy, it was huge! Cleaned up after themselves. Put pads down to protect the floors. Did a great job of matching the new smaller furnace to the existing duct work. Added a new air intake pipe. Great work, very professional and the final price - very reasonable. It was frequently mentioned online that the installers you choose are more important than the furnace brand you select. These guys are great installers!
