    New Carrier AC

    Our old AC died after 12 years and we called Convertible to install a new Carrier 2 ton for us. Called on a Tuesday and was quoted Thursday install. We then received a call saying they'd be here Wednesday (the next day!!). This the third time we've used Convertible as they also replaced our old furnace and, earlier, our hot water tank.. I wouldn't consider anyone else for our HVAC requirements. Both the inside sales staff and the installers are knowledgeable, punctual and friendly.

    New Furnace & Air Conditioner

    Thank you Convertible H & A for our new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Great service throughout the process from start to finish and at an affordable price. Came on time, showed us the installation process, asked us questions and we asked them questions with no fuss reply. Courteous and efficient installation with a very nice clean up at the end!     Furnace and A/C

    Great customer service! Replaced our townhouse's 20 year old furnace and A/C in 6hrs, fast and clean. All the process was pretty smooth and direct; from the sales process to the installation. Chris made us a great offer regarding price vs quality (we were quoted by 3 other companies), really hard to beat in the market. Definitely recommending it to my friends and family.

    A/C Replacement

    Called on Monday to get a quote for a new A/C. Marnie explained the different options thoroughly and provided a quote. The guys came on the Friday 8am and finished by noon. Job well done. Thank you Convertible Air.

    I found the staff at Convertible Heating to be very professional and courteous. From the first phone call to the installation of my new A/C unit. Everybody provided great customer service.     Furnace and Air Conditioner installation

    Convertibleair was one of three suppliers I received quotes from. The sales rep was on-time, knowledgeable, professional and provided the best competitive and equipment solution of the three. The installers were on time and completed the installation within 30 minutes of their stated install estimate including cleanup. I would recommend this company.

    New Goodman Furnace and AC, Burlington

    Adam and Shawn from ConvertibleAir did a great job on removing our old furnace and air and installing a Goodman furnace and ac. Ac is very quiet and the house is so much cooler. Our old developer installed units just couldn't cool the house down any longer and were running all the time and only bringing the temps in the house down a few degrees. New unit works much better. Quiet and far better cooling then our old unit. We decided it was better just to do the furnace at the same time as it as well struggled to keep the house warm in the winters.

    Air Conditioner Install

    Great experience with Marnie and her team as we worked through an unexpected A/C replacement during our home renovation. Marnie took the time to understand our situation and help us find the best solution, without pushing us to do more than we were comfortable with. We will definitely use Convertible again for our HVAC needs.

    New AC system.

    Best service I’ve had from a heating and air conditioning company. Ken from service, a real pro; Grant organizing the new equipment and Peter on the install were competent and were responsive and honest. I would recommend Convertible to both my friends and clients.

    Great Experience getting a new Air Conditioner

    Our AC unit needed replacing. It has been a gratifying experience from the quote to installation. The price was very competitive. We did not have to wait long for the unit to be installed. And the installation was fast and efficient. They left the place tidier than it was! All in all, we are happy to have called Convertible.
