    New Carrier 2ton

    We recently purchased a new Carrier model, replacing a Goodman model purchased by Convertible 17 years ago. As a returning customer, discussions with staff were welcoming; pricing was fair, and the installation went smoothly with all our questions answered.

    HVAC install

    I found out that Goodman was the best value and Convertible offered this brand. Also better units could be offered than a major company could supply. The installation was speedy for a finished basement and no damage was done having to put the pipe out a back wall. The guys were friendly and left the basement clean.

    A/C Unit Installation

    Wanted a new A/C unit, but did not want to deal with any of the "big two's" sales hustle..... Saw a Convertible flyer... called the number and spoke with "Marnie"..... Liked the way she presented the information I requested...prices, etc., and made arrangements to have a "HVAC Consultant" visit. In fact, I liked her approach enough to refer my daughter to her for a complete HVAC Unit (which she had installed). "Michael" was the Consultant.....and, after the visit, and several e-mails to him, which he answered promptly, I signed up for a new A/C Unit. Unit was installed by "Dieter".... a nice, clean installation. No fuss, no mess.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Great work from this company all around. Tahir was quick to respond and diagnose the issue, and Michael came out to the house to talk us through what we needed. The two installation techs were efficient, courteous and patient. We were impressed that they managed to fish the copper pipe through without needing to open holes in our bulkhead, and they were hard at work the whole time making sure everything was done to satisfaction. We will certainly enjoy our new air conditioning unit!

    Furnece installation

    We are very satisfied with the installation done by Roop and his colleague. The work was done diligently and professional. We appreciate how they answer our questions about installation. There was not any technical problem and they also change the thermostat.

    Furnace and A/c Repair

    My furnace stopped working on a Sunday. After calling Convertible Air , they had someone out to replace it the next day. Shortly after that, on one of the hottest days in July, our A/c stopped working. Once again I turned to Convertible Air and they had it fixed the next day at an affordable price. I would highly recommend Convertible for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They are professional and provide prompt and friendly service. Andre - Vaughan

    Central Air installation

    I live in an old home and had been putting off installing central air simply because I knew it would be a complicated installation and I didn't want the hassle. Convertible did a wonderful job replacing my old furnace in September (in spite of numerous complexities including space limitations) and I thought I would give them the opportunity to work their magic on central air. Done! I have air conditioning! The two technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. They worked long and hard on a very hot day . They patiently answered all my questions. As with the furnace, the price for air conditioning was the most competitive, hands down.

    New AC

    Spoke with Sam over the phone and was very patient at recommending the best options for a new AC at one of our properties. During the original set installation date, the technician determined the fan coil size ordered was incorrect so this set back the installation by 2 weeks. Although this was somewhat inconvenient, we appreciate the honestly that the company didn't want to install the wrong fan as there would have been issues later on. However, on the 2nd installation date, we had to contact the company when the technician didn't show up at the scheduled time and we found out they rescheduled the installation to later in the day without prior notification. The actual installation went smoothly and they even helped us install a smart thermostat that we bought from Home Depot without any additional hassles or cost. Overall, a great service with competitive pricing but we would appreciate a direct notification about any changes to the installation schedule ahead of time.

    Central A/C installation

    Installation of A/C was on time but i am not happy about, that the company did not replaced with new copper lines and also did not clean the area which was dirty where "A" coil is installed. Also, the way they installed condenser unit, it can be hard to replace any parts if needed to replace.

    Good work!

    All-in-all a very good experience. Initial contact and inspection professionally done and trhe quotation was reasonable. The installation team couldn't have been more receptive, pleasant and polite, and the job was done well. Good show!
