    Air Conditioner install

    This is my second time using Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. Last Year I had a furnace installed and was impressed by the workmanship. For this reason I had them install my new A/C unit. I was thoroughly impressed by the work and the cost of the Unit, in my opinion great value. I would certainly recommend the service To family, friends and colleagues. Great Job!

    New Air Conditioner

    Convertible offered great service installing our new AC at a very reasonable price. The service was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy that we went with Convertible for our new AC. Thank you!

    Central Air Installation

    Sam was very helpful and informative and team that installed was professional and observed proper protocols. Honest recommendations and options where provided which helped in making better decisions. Will definitely recommend their services in the future.

    Excellent service from beginning to end

    This is the third time I've hired Convertible in three years. The first time (for our previous home) was for Central AC. The second was in our current home for a combi boiler and today was the third time for a ductless AC unit. After the first job, I didn't bother calling any other company for the other two jobs because I knew I wouldn't be able to find anyone else who could do the job for a fair price, but more importantly, do such professional work. These guys go to the moon and back to ensure a top-notch installation. Today's job was definitely not easy, with limited and very awkward space and a tricky pathway from the outside AC unit to the electrical panel. Roop warned us that he'd have to cut some holes in the basement ceiling, but at the end of the day, he found a way to wire everything in without making a single cut in the ceiling - truly a miracle as far as I'm concerned. Many thanks to Marnie, Roop and Josh for tracking down a unit that would fit in the small space and for a truly excellent service experience from beginning to end.

    New AC Quote & Install

    I contacted Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning after receiving a ridiculous quote from a well-known company to install new AC for my elderly parents. From my initial discussion with Sam and my meeting with Chris to the installation by Adam, l was extremely impressed with the very short turnaround time as well as the amount of professionalism and the extensive knowledge these gentlemen had. Their price was excellent and the installation was done very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and will be contacting them for my own home when needed.

    New Air Conditioner

    My mother-in-law's air conditioner recently broken down and needed to be replaced. We've used Marnie and her team in the past for a new furnace and did not hesitate to call on them again for a new AC unit. From my initial phone call to unit being installed, all was completed within 6 days. Thanks Marnie for another great job.

    Quick and Efficient

    We can not be more happy with the services provided by Convertible. When we were researching companies that provide this service, questions were raised whether we go with a Big Box Retailers or a Family Owned Business. We decided to go with the Family Owned Business, Convertible. Not only did they have competitive prices, you have the option to finance the product, upon credit approval. I had called the office after normal business, and this company answered my call. They advices that a sale team will give me a call back. I got a call back within an hour and spoke to Marnie, who was quite pleasant and provided the necessary information I needed to make my decision. We immediately were happy with the information provided and were given different options on the product, warranty and service. I didn't even give it a second thought, I booked right away and an available appointment for installation was provided within a few days. On the day of installation 2 gentleman showed up bright and early within the scheduled time and ready to install. They were both, friendly and professional. They wore their mask and they were in and out. They installed quickly and the work space wasn't messy. We were extremely happy with them and would recommend them to my family and friends.     Purchase & Install of New Air Conditioner

    I was looking for a new air conditioner and my parents told me about the ad from Convertible Air. Marnie was very open with me and explained EVERYTHING in detail .. and trust me I had a lot of questions as I had shopped around and did some research. The day of the installation Rick and team showed up and took care of everything. It was seamless from the start. Competitive pricing, good quality products and exceptional service!     Air Conditioner Installation

    I saw Convertible HVAC Ad in the flyer and i called them next day to get quote. Sam from Convertible picked up my call and i explained him my need and willing to quote to replace my defective AC with new AC unit. he had asked my details and i provided it via text. with in 30 mins, i got quote for new AC. I have told him that i will review the quote and provide my confirmation to go ahead with this quote. next day(Friday), i called him and said to proceed further with installation. Sam had advised me that he will provide me installation date on Monday. but he called me on Saturday that he has a slot for installation on Monday. I Agreed for the installation date and technician(Adam) was at home exactly on Monday morning. He explained me thoroughly what he will be doing today in step by step procedure. also, New AC unit that i bought is more advanced and little heavy, he advised me that i has to be on ground instead of on brackets. it made sense to me. even though i don't ask much questions, he explained me each and every steps which he is doing. that gives me more idea that how installation of AC and units works. The installation he has done is very neat, professional work, maintained the are very clean and tidy. also, i had one minor plumbing issue at my home, and i told him that issue. he told that it is very easy to fix and he himself fixed it just for free. also, i have asked him about Tankless water heater and extended warranty, he explained me about that product and features. he answered all my questions very politely and i felt very easy to connect with him for all my questions. I am very GLAD that i got Convertible to install my AC and happy that i came to know them from Flyer. I will definitely recommend Convertible HVAC to all my family and friends.
