    New A/C Installation

    Installation of an A/C unit for a new build home. Got the quote on a Sunday and they were available immediately for installation. Pricing is very competitive. Day of installation, they arrived on time, answered all my questions and did a clean job. No complaints, I will be recommending to my friends.

    New air conditioner

    The guy came yesterday put in a new air conditioner for us. He came around after 9:00, he took the old air conditioner apart and put in a brand new air conditioner.

    New Furnace Install

    We went with Convertible for our AC install that happened in June. We were happy with their price and install of the AC. Upon installing the AC we were shown that our heat exchanger for our furnace had multiple cracks. I was not happy with the news. However, I appreciated that they showed me the cracks and not tell me after the AC installation. We still got quotes from other companies for a furnace install, but convertible was always great to deal with, and their price was competitive. Plus we had a good experience of the AC install. The installation of the furnace went well as well. I was impressed with the installation of the exhaust pipes going through the joists to the outside while still being considerate of not loosing head room in the furnace area. I asked a lot of questions from the installers and they were very courteous and they never felt bothered by my questions. I felt reassured that the steps taken were correct, and in the end I was very happy with the result.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    This has been our third air conditioner install for our home and we have gone to Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning each and every time. They are so efficient that we contacted Chris on a Saturday, confirmed the deal with Sam on Sunday and the unit was installed on Wednesday morning. Dieter, the installer, was extremely friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. You could tell that Dieter truly enjoyed the work he was doing (even sang along with his radio tunes), did a great job on the install and also did a super job on the clean-up. We have had the opportunity to deal with Sam, Marnie and Chris Amodeo on all of our A/C purchases over the years. They are all very professional, friendly, polite and patient. We have highly recommended Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to our relatives and friends over the years and will continue to do so. The ones that we know of who have used Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning, were pleased and never disappointed. When the time comes to replace our furnace, Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning will continue to be at the top of our list. In conclusion, we feel that their service and pricing are second to none!

    installation of air conditioner

    On one of the hottest days of the summer we were thrilled when Convertible Heating and Air showed up early to install our new air conditioner. The technicians were friendly, great with our grumpy old dog, patient with our hyper young dog and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we had a proper foundation on which to install our unit. They checked to ensure we were happy and had no questions and left the job clean and tidy.

    Air Conditioning Replacement

    It took approximately 2-3 days from contacting the company to having my air conditioner replaced. My experience with Chris (the sales contact) to Kemar (the technician) was very positive and reassuring. Chris answered all my questions patiently and left me confident with my decision to deal with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. The installation crew was stellar. They showed up early, demonstrated superior attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely consider them again for future services.

    Central Air Replacement

    Convertible was the 1st to return call after contacting 3 companies. Our sales contact Marnie was pleasant, professional and thorough and provided a met quote over the phone. Our installer Kumar was equally professional and courteous. Very happy with the results and will continue with the company for future maintenance/sales.

    New Heater and Air Conditioner

    I saw a Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning ad - I liked that they have been family owned and operated for more than 50 years. After speaking with Sam on the phone to set up an appointment I was already convinced I had made the right choice. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional - his product recommendations were spot on and I appreciated the various payment options. Dave and Craig arrived on time, they removed my old units and installed the new ones in mere hours. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with - they were happy to answer all of my questions. When making a multi-thousand dollar purchase it's always good to know you made the right choice - I certainly did! I wholeheartedly recommend Convertible!

    Installed a tankless water heater

    Absolutely stellar and professional job. The install was clean, efficient and more than exactly what we were looking for. The gentlemen who did the installation were knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to interact with. We now have a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier! Endless hot water = so happy!

    Ac and tankless water heater install
