    Air conditioner

    I called Convertible to install a new Air conditioner; customer service was amazing, the sales person was very knowledgeable. They send their crew on July 1st (yes, it was holiday), very friendly and respectful. We are very pleased with the prompt service and definitely recommend this company.

    Air conditioner

    The installation was very quick and the installers were efficient. They were polite, friendly, and they answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they were able to install our air conditioner during the heat wave. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning.

    A/C and Furnace Installation

    Marnie and her team did a great job with our new A/C and furnace purchase. Marnie was very responsive to all of our questions and very thorough and clear in explaining the steps. Installation process went very well and our A/C has been working very smoothly since last week. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

    Great Service

    I needed a new air conditioner. Carrier A/C was installed. Dieter did a very professional job. He showed up on time. He was polite and professional. The work was completed and things were cleaned up after the job. Customer service was great also from the office. The price was great in comparison to other companies. I am very pleased.

    Furnace

    Great company -Chris explained everything in detail jour first meeting. Thanks to the technicians Kemar & Jevaun for their professionalism. Very happy with the service and the product. This company is highly recommended.

    Replacement Furnace and Central Air in Burlington ON

    Sales was great to deal with. I was going to buy more furnace then I needed they explained how I would just waste my money ..same with going up in SEER rating on AC. Also told me not to change hot water tank, as install crew would fix bad venting job or prior installer as part of install. The install crew was great. Worked from 830 to 530 pm to get job done on a FRIDAY, and did AC first as it was a 32C day to ensure house stayed cool. Did AC, Furnace, some duct work ( drop and boot) and humidifier. Clean Beautiful job, clean work site, fixed poor venting from water tank, very pleased with their work inside house and out. Nice file left with warranty registration and needed info on the outside and importance of why to register with manufacturer. Also have to say the price on the system purchased, was best quote I got. They got all I needed in my budget. If the service in years to come is as good as my experience so far, I won't be using anyone else for my HVAC needs! .HIGHLY Recommend

    New Furnace and Water heater

    They did great work. Showed up on time, quick installation, good clean up, that's important. Explained use and warranty of the new furnace and on demand water heater. Quite satisfied.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    My home was built in 2005 and had replaced the heat exchanger in 2014 but the system failed each summer. I found Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning in a flyer and called Sam. Within a few hours, Sam was able to locate a 3.5T 16 SEER unit and was installed just after Canada Day. The two technicians did a great job and cleaned up after the installation. The installation price was better than what others quoted for a 3.5T 13 SEER unit. Thank you Sam and team.

    AC/Furnace Replacement

    Recently got both my AC unit and Furnace replaced. The sales Rep was very helpful in explaining all my options. On install day, Dave and his partner showed up to do do the install. Both were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The install went smoothly and was done much earlier than the estimated. Highly recommend.

    Great price and excellent service!

    We highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air! We have used them for a new furnace in our last house in Pickering and as well as our current house in Ajax. We have also had numerous family and friends use their services and everyone praised them and thanked us for recommending them. Recently they put in our new central AC unit. Marnie took the time to explain all of the different options and promptly answered all of my questions. Once again, a great price (I did some comparisons to make sure) and excellent service.
