    Reliable and competitively priced

    We have used them twice, once for an issue related to drainage from the furnace and AC, and another time to install an intake pipe. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great price.

    AC repair / New Furnace

    They showed up on time to fix the broken AC. Turns out the fan on the 1999 furnace has died. I was offered choice of repair or replace. I opted to replace, which they did same day. They forgot to relight the water heater pilot light. When my tenants were scared to do it themselves they came back next day and did it. Good service!

About your water heater, we did not touch it at all, but because we were taking out the old furnace exhaust, some of the dust in the vents fell inside the pilot light and turned it off.     new AC unit

    Gave Max a call for a quote on a new AC unit after reviewing his positive reviews on Homestars. He was quick to replies and on point throughout the whole process. He came to my house on time, was professional and everything was nice and tidy when he was done the task. He provides a professional service at a fair price.

    New AC Install

    Our 30 year old air conditioner finally stopped working so it was time to get a new one. Checked out the reviews on Homestars and decided to contact Aire Max. Max answered all my questions and said he would drop by to give me a quote. Price was very reasonable and Max and partner did a great pro job installing. Work was done on time and Max was always willing to answer more of my questions. I would highly recommend Aire Max to everyone.

    Furnace Installation

    Aire Max put in a new furnace for us in February. They were prompt, well organized and best of all the furnace has been great ever since it was installed. Max is more of a small business than one of those huge heating and cooling companies. I think this allowed them to give us a great price on the furnace. I didn’t have to buy any maintenance plan, they just did a good job of installing the furnace. Performance has been great. I would definitely recommend Aire Max

    Professional services

    Aire Max responded to my call within an hour. Then came to look at the air conditioner, identified the issue, made suggestions, and solved the problem on the same day. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service.

    Perfect Choice! Air conditioner installation

    Max came to give us a quote on a new air conditioner. He told us our options without any pushy sales tactics or up selling which we appreciated. As well, his pricing was very good compared to other companies we met with. Installation went smoothly - Max and his partner were professional, and left the work area clean after finishing the job. Glad we went with Aire Max!

    New Furnace & AC

    It was time to replace the furnace and AC at a triplex we rent out. I've used Max many times for repair and maintenance but this was his first time doing an instal for us. He did the job efficiently and with no disruption to the tenants. Always great work and fair prices with Max - repair, upkeep & Installation.

    THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I called a dozen places all giving me wait times of up to 48 hours. I called Aire Max and they were at my house and fixed my AC in 48 minutes! Super friendly and fast service. I will 100% be calling them for future heating or cool issues / installation! GO WITH THESE GUYS YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

    The Best AC Guy Around

    Comes at short notice. Identifies the problem quickly. Provides the price for repair. Completes repair almost immediately. I have total confidence in his work after 2 repair requests over 5 years. Max is truly excellent, beyond words.
