    Aire Max Amazing Air Conditioning - During Heat Wave

    We recently had our 20 years old air conditioner fail on us during the heat wave. Aire Max came and inspected, it was the fan, while on site, it worked when tested and stopped shortly again within a few minutes, so not reliable. Given 20 years of use, we agreed to have a new Carrier air conditioner installed. They came on time, completed the work within the estimated time to install and were professional throughout the entire process. Their price was fair. We were certain that given the heat wave there would be a more of a wait time for demand for service, but from the initial phone call for service on late Saturday, to installed on Monday, it was completed within 48hrs. Can't ask for more; highly recommend them.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace replacemeny

    Max is extremely professional and efficient. The job was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with Aire Max! Highly recommend this company! The contractors made sure everything was clean, and installation was seamless. A good experience all around!

    Fast Reliable

    My air conditioner went on the fritz middle of the summer. Max came right away and diagnosed the problem. He gave me options for fixing the A/C but in the end, I decided to replace my older unit. I was happy with the service and the professionalism and would highly recommend this company to others.

    AIR CONDITIONER

    Quick and reliable. These guys were able to come out same day and replace our air conditioner. Everyone else would need a couple days which I could not afford on a hot july weekend.

    Prompt, meticulous, professional

    I had an emergency as the AC stopped working. AIRE MAX came within hours and diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace the AC unit with a new 2-ton Carrier. Incredibly, since the next day it was going to be rainy and they wouldn't be able to work, they offered to drive back to their warehouse, pick up the unit, and come back to install it that very night. They worked until 9PM and did a great job. They were professional, meticulous, and courteous. I'm very happy with the experience. It is remarkable that they went out of their way to get me a new AC unit on the same day.

    Fast efficient, professional

    Called 15 places today (Saturday) all of them said they could not schedule anything until tomorrow, which doesn't help me when it's 35 degrees outside. I called Max and he came within 2 hours. Knew the problem with my A/C within 2 minutes and fixed it. Will be using him from now on because at least I know I can rely on him when things go sideways. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    New Air Conditioner Installation

    During the middle of the heat wave a couple of weeks ago, we noticed our 20 years old air conditioner was running all day but still we did not feel the house was cool enough, therefore we decided it was time to get some professional help. The first place we looked was HomeStars, because we always had good results from checking with them. No exception this time, we found Aire Max, they have one of the best rating and highly praised by everyone who had either installed a new unit or repaired an existing one by them. It was a no brainer to give them a call. Max answered the phone right away, after we described the problem to him, he said he would come over to take a look in a couple of days. Last Friday he and his assistant showed up on time. After checking everything out and explaining the situation to us, together we decided we should replace the 20 years old with a new one, and they could install it the next day. Indeed, they showed up on time on Saturday morning and continuously worked on it. Four hours later, a beautiful brand new air conditioner was installed. We felt the difference right away, the house was much more comfortable and quieter than before, just in time to get ready for another upcoming heat wave. It has been almost a week now, everything is working beautifully. Thanks Max for another job well done!

    Air Conditioner and Furnace

    Our AC had an issue with cooling the home during a month-long hot heat wave in the summer. I called Aire Max and described to Max the symptoms and issues that we were experiencing with the AC, and he was willing to consult with me over the phone the most likely cause based on his knowledge and expertise, without having to come over. That was important to me because I wanted to speak with someone who was knowledgeable and technical, rather than a sales rep who would just tell me they would send a technician to take a look without any consultation. In the end, we asked Max to come take a look at the AC unit, in addition to our furnace, since I suspected there were issues with the furnace as well, considering the age of both appliances. Max identified issues with the existing furnace even from the builder, which was not up to build standard, as there was not a second pipe for the furnace to have fresh air enter the furnace room. We ended up purchasing a new AC and Furnace from Aire Max, and booked an installation appointment as early as possible. Max and his crew (2 other men) came very punctual, early in fact, on the day of the appointment, and the installation was done in a single day. It was done professionally with the organization of the installation of the new pipe for air flow along with condensate lines in the furnace room. Overall, we had a very good experience with the services provided by Max and his crew. Would highly recommend.

    AC and Furnace

    I hired Aire Max to do a install a new AC+furnace. I was definitely impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of the team and their manager.The equipment he recommended works great so far. No surprises and quality job done fast. Thank you Max!

    Professional, knowledgable, great service!

    We found Aire Max during our research to find a reliable company who would be able to provide reliable, trustworthy service/equipment/installation when we were provided with a quote from our current provider that seemed very expensive. This company was quick, direct, polite, respectful, courteous, hard working, knew everything about everything, was able to provide the exact same equipment and went above and beyond what they said they were going to do. They also persevered through inclement weather to get the job done properly and well in one day. All of this for $2000 less than the original quote we got from our now past provider. We are so happy we found this company and highly recommend them, not only for their knowledge and confidence in their work, but for their fairness!
