    AC repair

    Our Centralized AC stopped functioning. Aire Max came promptly (a little more than an hour) to fix it. They assessed the issue fast and repaired it right on spot in less than 30 minutes.They also cleaned the unit, Very happy with the service.

    A/C Installation

    We hired Max to replace our broken A/C unit and install a smart thermostat (Ecobee Lite3). He was responsive, answered our questions honestly, and quoted a fair price. After the installation he walked us through how to use everything and also warned us that our current A/C cover could lead to rust in the unit (we never would've known!). We are super happy with our new A/C and thermostat. Thanks Max.

    Carrier Infinity

    Our 14 year old hvac thermostat panel went blank last weekend. Calls to the contractor that has sold it to us, installed it and was servicing it over the years, went unanswered for two days.. We made a HomeStar request for service recommendation. the first three contacts were from companies who felt we need a new system because ours was too old. My wife went back to reading the reviews of the HVAC contractors listed in the category and based on location and reviews, contacted Aire Max. Max was willing to come and look at our system before recommendations of what needs to be done. He came the same evening, tested the functioning of the air conditioner and confirmed my suspicion that the Thermostat unit had to be replaced. He provided a quote and a promise of a return visit the next morning. He texted his estimated arrival and was very prompt and competent. I ad my endorsement of this company.

    New A/C Unit installation

    This is my second time using Max for HVAC help. It came time for me to replace my A/C unit and so I sent Max a text message. What I appreciate about him the most is his responsiveness and ease of communication. He will always reply back, always give you a straight answer and you will never find yourself unable to reach him or communicate with him. He comes when he says he'll come and does great quality work as well. I am very happy with the install of my new Carrier A/C unit and would easily recommend Max to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done in their homes.

    AC Repair

    Woke up this morning, the fan on our AC unit had stopped working overnight. We were heading into a very hot weekend. Called Aire Max at 8 AM, they arrived here a little after 9. It was a failed Capacitor that took 20 minutes to change out. All is good, fantastic response and no hassle service, thanks Aire Max!!

    Air Conditioner Replaced

    When we turned on our air conditioner for the first time this year in late May we discovered it was not functioning properly. We decided to call Max as he had installed a new heating system years before and we were very happy with his service. He came the same day and explained our options. We decided to get a new until. He returned a few days later with an assistant and installed the unit which functioned well. This was during covid and I felt safe having both of them in my basement. They both wore masks , used hand sanitizer and exercised 6 feet of physical distance at all times. His price was fair. I highly recommend Aire Max for your heating and cooling needs.

    New AC and Furnace

    We met Max last year when he came to service our aging air conditioner and were impressed with his helpfulness and willingness to provide an explanation of how the various elements of the system worked together. This year, we decided to replace the air conditioner and take advantage of the opportunity to also replace our furnace (both were approximately 16 years old). Based on our previous positive experience with Max, we asked for his help. We were pleased with the work Max and his mate did and we think the price was quite reasonable. They were able to accommodate us in quite a short time period. Max and his mate were considerate when working in our house and did a fantastic job at cleaning everything up afterwards and taking away all the rubbish. Max kept working until the job was done in the evening, wrapping up the whole replacement in one day. We were once again impressed with Max’s professionalism and his workmanship was top notch. Max advised us on our furnace selection which has materially improved the amount of cold air that gets up to our third floor bedroom (previously been a problem area for cooling). Everything is working well and we are happy to have chosen Aire Max.

    Central Air Conditioner Replacement

    I needed a replacement for my 20+ year old air conditioner. I called Max on Saturday and he quoted me a great price. I called him on Monday morning hoping for an installation sometime this week. He came over on Monday afternoon and I had a new air conditioner running by dinner time!! He answered all of my questions and his installation and cleanup was fast and efficient!! His service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for air conditioning or heating services!! Thanks for your help Max!!

    Saved by Aire Max

    We were having difficulty getting anyone to follow through and come to our home to assess issues with our ac. However, within one day of contacting Aire Max, the technician arrived at our home, diagnosed the problem efficiently and with knowledge and expertise was able to obtain and install our new Infinity Control. He made sure the furnace and ac were functioning well and gave a brief lesson on working the new system controller. We trust Aire Max and feel we have a new company that will look after our future needs with excellent customer care. Thanks, Aire Max!

    Install new AC. THUMBS UP!!!

    Decided to replace my old air conditioner for a while and finally summer is here and can’t wait anymore. My husband & I don’t know any company, so we were searching around on Homestars. Found a lots of good review about Aire Max Heating & Cooling and we just contact them with no hesitate. We are so glad Aire Max replied my request right away and came over to finish the estimate with professional recommendations. Today, specialist Max came to install the new unit. He came early, took his time to make sure everything working well before he left. My husband and I SUPER HAPPY about their service from beginning to end. We will definitely contact Aire Max again for the furnace change in the future. We are highly recommended Aire Max Heating & Cooling!!!
