    Max to the rescue again!

    On July 1, 2014, on one of the hottest days of the summer and on a statutory holiday, our air con stopped working. My husband said no one would do a service call on Canada Day. I found Max through Home Stars, and he showed up that evening and he fixed our A/C!!! It worked beautifully for six years. Fast forward to 2020, and last Thursday, our A/C wasn’t working well. Good thing I kept Max’s contact info. I emailed him at 730 am, and he called back at 8:15am. He said he would come over at 6:30 pm - and he did. Again, Max came to our rescue. Max is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

    Highly recommended

    Aire Max arrived quickly and on time for both an initial service call and then the installation of a new a/c unit. Max's price was fair and he completed the job with one day's notice. We will definitely be calling him in future when we need HVAC service.

    AC Replacement

    Turned on my AC during the first heatwave in May and discovered it wasn’t cooling. I called Max based on the reviews listed on Homestars. He returned my call immediately and booked an appointed for 2 days later. Max showed up in the allotted time. Much appreciated. We discussed options and decided it was time to replace my 20 year old keeprite with a more efficient unit. The model Max suggested wasn’t available and he suggested 2 other options with pros and cons to each. Once decided Max showed up 2 days later to install a 3.5 ton Carrier unit again in the allotted time slot and at the start of the second heat wave. Again...much appreciated. Max worked efficiently and cleaned up. This is my first time using Aire Max services and I will continue to use their services should the need occur. I appreciate the honesty and the fact he was able to diagnose and install in a timely manner during a busy time.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Max was professional, efficient and careful. Did a great job replacing AC unit. Did exactly what I called him for and not making a sales call of it. Quoted the job and no extra after the fact. Very satisfied and recommend, matter of fact already have.

    Replaced Carrier Comfort A/C Condenser

    Max replied around 10 pm, and arrived the next day, a Saturday, at noon as promised. He suggested the likely cause based on my description, and was correct, the starter needed to be replaced. The repair was completed in 30 minutes, while wearing PPE N95 mask. Very responsive, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

    A/C Inspection and Service

    Booked an appointment with Max for the weekend. He gave me a 2 hour window and he was right on time. He respected the current covid safety measures, he was wearing a mask and kept his distancing as recommended. He performed a thorough inspection, did some cleaning and serviced the unit. A/C working much better. We’ve gone with Max in the past and have referred him to various family members. We highly recommend Max and will continue to seek his services. Thank you Max.

    Air conditioner and furnace repair

    We've had Max in to look at both our furnace and air conditioner over the last few years. He's very professional and does good work. He came out to look at the air conditioner this spring, and was here for such a short time he didn't even charge us a service fee! Would definitely recommend.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    My 19 years AC and furnace need to change. Aire max gave provided good service and fast responded which I don't need to wait long. Aire max did this job date I wanted which other company can not promised. Price is kind of middle, but reasonable and fast service.

    AMAZING COMPANY 5 STARS

    Amazing service, technician that came was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained everything very clearly and knew everything that was wrong with how the unit was improperly installed. Can’t thank him enough! He fixed the air conditioning and helped educate on future possible problems.

    Replace AC unit with new Carrier AC unit

    Max is always super-responsive and was able to come in to replace my old AC unit in just a couple of days with a super-quiet new Carrier 24ACC6. They did a great job of accommodating the larger unit while not making it an eye sore. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Max.
