    Air conditioner service

    I had an issue with my AC during a heatwave, Aire Max came out right away, within an hour of calling and fixed the issue - when everyone else told me they couldn’t come out for at least 10 days. Very grateful, thanks Aire Max!

    Solid Heating and Cooling Service

    I'm late writing this review, because Max has been out to service both our air conditioning (3 times) and our high efficiency boiler (once) over the last 4 years, and each time he has gotten the problem we were experiencing resolved with his first visit. He does a solid evaluation of the problem and checks to see the impact of the changes he makes on the problem we're experiencing, and typically has the parts available that need to be replaced. The thing I appreciate the most about him beyond his troubleshooting skills is that he attempts to clean & repair parts before deciding to replace them. A true repair man!

    Great quick service

    Came oy the same day on the first really hot day to fix my central air prompt service on time quick diagnostic A C Fixed within the hour friendly gentleman

    Professional Quick Service

    I contacted Max at 1:00 PM to take a look at my broken central air conditioning. He arrived before 9:00 AM the next day and was able to quickly fix my problem. Considering how hot the weather is, I was tremendously pleased that this issue was looked after so fast. Max was very professional.

    Quick professional service

    Max is always quick to respond and set up an appointment. Last winter when the furnace died at my elderly parents' place during a cold spell he came the day of to inspect the problem and had it fixed the next morning, and this summer when the AC wasn't working he came the next morning. Max provides a clear assessment of the issue and possible fixes without trying to up-sell you on products you don't need or get you on those unneeded long term payment plans. Good, clean, and professional workmanship. Highly recommend.

    Installation of new Carrier Air Conditioner

    Max was extremely professional and responsive to my inquiries. He came quickly to provide an estimate and provided the best quote of the other three I was given and Carrier is a reputable brand. Max was referred to me and I am extremely happy I used his company. I strongly recommend him for any air conditioning needs you have! Thank you Max!

    New AC

    I’ve been using Aire Max for my heating and cooling for the last 6 months. In January I had issues with my furnace- one day it would turn on, the next day no matter how high we set it, the heat wouldn’t turn on. Called Aire Max, he diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the issue and change our filter as well. In May I had to replace my AC unit, I called Aire Max. He asked me the square footage of my home, recommended the AC unit, he came in installed the unit in no time. He set the thermostat, gave a tutorial - and changed my filter once again. I highly recommend!

    A/C Installation

    A great experience, from my initial meeting with Max to the completion of my new A/C installation. Max was very knowledgeable & helpful in recommending the A/C system best suited to my house. Excellent customer service & product. Would highly recommend Aire Max. Thank you Max.

    Furnace Issue

    Unfortunately my 10 year old furnace died and despite it not being freezing we needed to get it fixed. I call Aire Max Heating & Cooling and Max quickly came over and determined the motor had seized up. He explained the situation and ordered a replacement part us. The next morning he came back with the new part and efficiently replaced it. Max was courteous, clean and responsive. We would definitely use Max again.

    New Boiler

    17 year old boiler stopped working. Max came to the house right away and discussed options for replacement, including providing quotes for each of the options we discussed. Prices were fair, and he and his colleague started work the next day. The job was a bit tricky--small space to work in and difficulty getting needed parts from distributors. Max never complained--he just finished the job professionally and quickly at the quoted price. Max is reliable, friendly and easy to work with--I would recommend Aire Max highly.
