I noticed a loud clicking sound from my furnace and called Max on a Sunday evening expecting to get his voice mail. Surprisingly he picked up and we arranged for him to come take a look the very next day. Max arrived perfectly on schedule, assessed my furnace and gave two options - either repair or replace. He explained that Carrier was offering an excellent rebate on a new furnace, but let me come to my own conclusion as to whether to repair my furnace or replace it. I decided to replace it.
Two days later, Max installed the furnace as scheduled. He left the house cleaner than when he arrived. Subsequently, I noticed that the heat was far better distributed throughout the house. The basement which was typically much colder than the rest of the house was now much warmer. My third floor bedroom was also getting more heat. Note that I did not ask Max to fix this problem. He simply did the job correctly.
Also, throughout the process from initial call to final installation, I texted max a few times with questions. Each time, he answered my text within 60 seconds. It was pretty amazing actually.
Overall, Max was probably the best person I've ever hired to do work on my house. The icing on the cake was the significant discount I received on the job via the Carrier rebate.
I won't hire anyone but Max to do further HVAC work on my house.
