    Boiler Replacement

    A week after moving into our new house our boiler died. While I had thought we were covered by a "plan" that we purchased from a larger company, I found out that there was a 10-day wait period before we'd be eligible for service. So after reading th positive reviews here, I contacted Max and fortunately he was able to respond very promptly. Within a couple of days he was able to replace the old boiler with a new one, finishing the work on the weekend so that my family could return home as quickly as possible. No fee was charged to come by to assess the problem, and the amount charged was very reasonable.

    Central Air Conditioner & Humidifier

    We needed to replace a water cooled unit from the 1960s in our townhouse, and wanted to add a humidifier to our furnace. We had another company quote on the project, over $1.5K more than Aire Max. Max was very responsive and helpful. We live in a condo corp, and he helped us through some of the paperwork. To install, we figured out a date that worked for both of us, and he came and installed with no issues. The price was the same as what he quoted. We have some issues with our drainage that Max gave us some advice on how best to fix it. We're looking forward to a comfortable summer this year! Thank you, Max!

    Gas line installation

    Max is one of the best HVAC technicians that I have ever known. Max has come to my rescue on multiple occasions to repair and replace furnaces and water heater tanks, and every time he has done a fantastic job. The latest job he has done for me was last month when I needed someone to install a gas line for my new gas range. Max always does a well-done job. Thanks Max.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Recommendations for products/services generally fall into one of 3 categories: 1) Would not recommend, 2) Would recommend, 3) Would highly recommend. For me, Aire Max falls into the third category - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! When I look for a service provider, of importance to me, is someone that knows what he is doing & is good at what he does, someone that is honest & you can trust to recommend the most cost efficient repair/service, someone that provides a reasonable price, and someone that is responsive & performs the service in a timely manner - Max fulfills all of these things (on top of that, Max is a really nice guy) and for that reason, he is now my “go to guy” for air conditioning and furnace repair. Max serviced my air conditioner a few years ago, and just recently replaced my furnace when it broke down in freezing weather. On both occasions, Max returned my call promptly and was available to come by the same day. Max provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thank you again Max!

    Furnace repaid

    Max was great. He responded to my initial email in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday evening, and was at my house the next day by noon. He quickly assessed the issue. We needed a replacement part that wasn’t available on a Sunday afternoon, but he arranged to pick it up Monday morning and had my heat back on by noon that day. He worked quickly and arrived both times exactly when he said he would.

    Furnace issue

    Max was excellent. I had an issue with my furnace, where it would work intermittently and would turn off on its own. I called several places. Max called me back promptly, and arrived ON THE SAME DAY to look at my furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem in about a half hour, and it was an easy fix. Great service! Thanks again Max, I will call you again!

    Furnace repair

    Woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning. Called Max, he arrived in less than an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. Reasonable cost for a fast repair. House was warm by noon.

    AireMax performs again - Excellent customer service

    This is a late review for AireMax I got into a situation in which in one of my rental properties the furnace gave us some problems during January. I called Max as soon as the problem was presented and he made himself available to go and do the repair. I was not even present only my tenant. He replaced the heating sensor and since then, the furnace has been working perfectly. Max also replaced a couple of years ago the AC on my house and after comparing with several companies his quote was the most competitive comparing quality of the product and installation and then the excellent customer service and the experience was a value added. I will definitely recommend his services.

    Great Job

    My furnace fan broke and Max come on a HOLIDAY to fix it. No one else in the city had the part I needed but he had it in his van. He was a life saver on a freezing cold holiday.

    Furnace trouble

    I had a problem with the furnace. It was not working properly and the temperature in the house had dropped to 17 degrees overnight with -10 outside. I called Max around 9am and told him I had an emergency because I had a sick child at home. He promised to be here at 11am. Indeed he was here at 11am. He fixed the problem and explained in detail what the issue was. Very happy with the service. Will certainly go with Aire Max when I replace my furnace. Strongly recommend.
