    Life saver!

    My furnace broke down on Christmas morning (hey, it might have happened Christmas Eve, but I didn't notice until I awoke to a frosty morning!) Max arrived at my door within a couple of hours of my call; identified the problem and was able to repair it on the spot, having the necessary part in his truck. Couldn't have been more professional, and courteous! Highly recommended.

    A true old world Tradesman!

    Max came out to diagnose a problem with my Aunt’s boiler that was no longer working, neglected and at the end of its service life. He ended up having to install a new system in the home. Unlike the technician before him, he was honest, sincere and a pleasure to work with. As a Home Inspector, it was a joy watching a true tradesman apply his craft. We need more businesses like Aire Max out there helping consumers. Lastly, and most importantly, you always get what you pay for and Max was worth every penny.

    Furnace Replacement

    Max was punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, and organized. He replaced my old furnace and cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend Air Max Heating & Cooling to all my family and friends. Thank you, Max, for a great job.

    Fantastic furnace repair service

    My furnace went in the middle of the night. I called Aire Max and left a message. He immediately returned my phone call and came first thing in the morning. He quickly determined that my igniter had gone. He replace it within 10 minutes and then spent 20 minutes taking measures to reduce the noise and rattling from my furnace. My furnace is now substantially less noisy which is fantastic. I had asked previous furnace repair services to see if they could attempt to reduce the noise and they simply declined. This was the best furnace repair service I have received hands down. I would highly recommend Max at Aire Max.

    Intermittent Boiler Issues

    Max was very professional and pragmatic about his approach to fixing my problem with my old boiler. I am going to do an extensive reno in the Fall, so I wanted my boiler to "last" at least until then. He broke down the problem and provided a solution that would help minimize cost and maximize life of the boiler. I will definitely look for his HVAC advice during my reno. Thanks Max!

    Urgent visit needed

    My furnace wasn’t working on the coldest day of the year. I had called a number of HVAC companies to come out but because of the high demand, most would not show. I called and Max responded and gave me a timeline that he would be there within 2 hours. True to his word he came, and he advised that the issue was with my Nest thermostat, thankfully no issue with my furnace. He replaced the Nest with a regular thermostat and heat came back on right away. I’m thankful Max came and helped me out. His charges were also very reasonable.

    New furnace installation

    My 20 years old furnace stopped to work last Thursday. Call Max and he showed up at 10am and determined that the heat exchange was blocked and suggested to replace the furnace. He was able to install a new one the next day. He showed up at 10 the next day and worked until almost 5 to install the new furnace. He also installed a new intake pipe and adjust the air-con coil position for me. They did an excellent job and my house is a lot warmer than before. Thanks Max.

    Reliable and affordable service

    We came home from a New Year's party to discover our furnace wasn't working. Max had repaired it for us in the past so I tried calling him again. It was New Year's day so I wasn't expecting him to be available. He came by that evening, was able to do fix it with a part from his truck. He did not charge extra for the holiday visit and his fees are always reasonable. He's an honest business man who repairs things, not just recommend a new furnace. Our furnace is at the end of its' life and we will need a new one, but he definitely bought us some time to make the right decision. We will likely use Aire Max for the replacement.

    Emergency repair

    We returned from vacation to find our furnace malfunctioning and our home frigid. I called Max on a Sunday and he came over within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He couldn't fix it immediately but helped us keep the furnace running at a reduced capacity until a permanent repair could be done. Two days later, he returned to do the more extensive repair job that was required. I'm very pleased with the service and the cost.

    Installation of new furnce

    Max did a great job. He came and provided a competitive estimate for a new furnace and within a week he had installed it. His work was excellent, he was pleasant, methodical and cleaned up after the work was done. I would certainly recommend Max to anyone looking for a new furnace.
