    First Experience

    Anyone who has had their furnace break down and stuck without heat at 1 am knows how stressful it is. Nothing is open and emergency service is costly even before they reach your door. It's even worse when you find a repair person the next day only to be told that non-service plan members would not be looked at till the next day (thanks A1). In the meantime, you're sitting there freezing and scrambling to find a solution. I called Aire Max expecting an answering machine but to my surprise Max answered, made it out to my place in the bad weather, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and had my heat back on within 4 hours of my initial call. That is nothing short of exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a furnace repair company who genuinely cares about servicing their clients and at a fair price.

    Great service.

    Max came for an emergency call when my furnace stopped working during the coldest night of the year. He was fast and efficient, all one could ask from a great service tech.

    Furnace Repaired on Coldest Day Jan 5th in Toronto in History

    Our furnace cut out in the middle of the night on a FREEZING night. After calling almost a dozen companies who we've bought furnaces from in the past/recommendations from those companies who were too busy to come, I came on Homestars. Aire Max was the first company I called because of their strong rating. Max answered and said he'd come in about 2 hours. He texted 30 before arrival in the very window he promised. He was courteous, calm and worked efficiently. Fortunately he had the motor we needed in his truck and our furnace was up and running within 90 minutes! We were so grateful to have him come and squeeze us in on a day when everyone else, including our past providers, couldn't fit in our home emergency. Thanks!

    Max To The Rescue!

    Our furnace broke down and we couldn't pinpoint the reason why. After calling anyone we could find through HomeStars and finding out that most companies could only come the next day we were getting desperate....and then we spoke with Max. He had an opening and was able to get out to our house in under an hour. Not only did he not charge us extra for the weekend service, but he identified the problem quickly and explained how it likely occurred and what he was doing to fix it. I'd recommend Max to anyone looking for a prompt, honest and humble service repair company.

    New boiler required for hot water

    Needed a new boiler for our large home - Max responded quickly and efficiently to assess the problem and recommend best replacement option. He worked tirelessly through a 16 hour day to get us up and running. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

    furnace repair

    furnace not working and called reliance homecomfort for repair. Tech came but need to order surface igniter and it will take days to deliver. Searched homestars and found airemax with high rating. Called and talked to Max January 2, 2018 at 330pm and said he will come between 7-8pm. Came 7:15pm with parts and easily fixed furnace. Noted unusual noise coming from vent/motor side, opened panel and removed plastic making unusual noise and replaced missing cover screw. Paid fair price as agreed before. Max very professional. Hassle free. Highly recommended. Don't waste your time looking for honest and skilled tech. Just call Max.

    Excellent and Reliable Service!

    Max knows his stuff. We used him in the summer when are Air Conditioning stopped working. He was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem with confidence. He just recently helped us with our furnace that stopped working. Again, he was able to quickly identify the problem, communicated to us, and fix it. We have also used him in the past for regular maintenance of our heating and cooling systems and plan to do so in the future as well. I would definitely recommend using Max to friends and family.

    Always reliable

    Not a great situation when your furnace breaks down during the worst cold spell in more than 50 years. But I'd had good luck with Aire Max Heating and Cooling before so I didn't think twice to call again. Max is super reliable and was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. He's also great when it comes to communication which is important to me. He's definitely my go-to guy for furnace repair and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

    New furnace installation

    Max maintains my furnace for years with my full satisfaction.Last Friday , on Dec 29th we felt that the heat doesn't go up more than 19 degrees. I called Max who he came to check the furnace at the same day. The furnace is 13 years old and I was told that I need a new one since there is a crack in the heater.Having a problem with your furnace before the new year long weekend is a big issue. Max was able to supply and to installed a new furnace on Dec 31st to my full satisfaction. He is very professional, knows what he is doing and leave the area clean after the job done.

    Humidifier Panel Replacement

    Had a problem with my humidifier. Called Aire Max because of the other good reviews and had great service. Max responded quickly and fixed our problem. During the visit he noticed a slight issue with my furnace and fixed it as well. Very good service!
