Max is very prompt in his service and does what he says he will do. He has fixed my furnace on many occasions and this time he replaced my water heater. The job was well done and everything works. I feel safer after Max works on my home.

I moved into my "new" (that was 40 years old) home and within the first week, I woke up to a cold home. Thermostat didn't show any power. I tried replacing the thermostat and re-wired it and it was no help. Called Aire Max, and he said he would be over around noon to check on the situation. He was able to bypass a sensor and get the furnace to start, however, later when he thought it was stable, we noticed it shut off. Turns out it overheated. I looked and Max and asked him to give me a pricing for the replacement of the furnace. We worked out a price we both were ok with, and he was able to start work on the replacement the same day. He worked from 2pm to 10pm to get the new furnace installed. I also later got him to install a tankless water heater because the old one was rusting & leaking Carbon Monoxide and also the humidifier. All in all, one of the best companies in terms of Service and honesty. Originally, I was asking for higher model furnaces & water heaters, but Max pointed out that the capital cost initially put in may not be recovered in 5-7 years time with the energy savings. I have already referred one of my friends to use Aire Max on their new home to save money from buying a bundle with the Builders that included the A/C.

I woke up and discovered my 20 year old furnace stopped working. I decided to replace it because it was just repaired recently. Airemax was able to give me a same day schedule. Price is reasonable for a Lennox furnace. Did not need to call other furnace installer to get a better price. Airemax was also able to change the furnace filter frame to the current standard 16x25x1 filter size.

My furnace decided to stop working on the coldest night of the year and with two young kids and a panicky wife, I was desperately trying to find a company that could send someone out the same night. Max was the only one out of at least 5 companies I called that was able to come on such short notice. He ended up coming within a half hour and was able to fix the furnace and get heat flowing through my house within 15 minutes. I'm very pleased with Max and his professional service on such short notice. I would highly recommend him.

On a cold day with two little boys at home, I realized the temperature of the house was dropping. So I suspected something was wrong with the heating system. Called the number on the furnest it was out of service so I went to homestar.com to look for someone can come immediately. At 9:15pm called few numbers but without success, finally I saw a number that state 24hts service. 9:30pm I spoke with Max, he told me he can be at my house by 10pm. He was punctual. Identified the problem and told me that I had to change to a new furnest since it's already 18yrs old. The price he quoted was reasonable so I asked him to go ahead. He returned on the next day at the time it was promised. On the same day my friend was also looking for someone to fix her furnest. Recommended Max. She was also very happy with the service he provided! I will call him to check my A/C before summer as he is very reliable. I will defiantly recommend Max to my friends.

I woke up to a cold house and realized my furnace wasn't working. After trying in vain to start it myself, I searched Homestars and found Aire Max which had many very positive reviews. I called at 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning and Max told me he would be at my house by 10a.m. which I thought was great. Max did even better and arrived at 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, retrieved a new part from his truck, and triple-checked that everything was working properly. He also inspected my furnace and cleaned out some furnace pipes at no extra charge. Max was prompt, professional and reasonable. I would most certainly use his services again and would recommend others to do the same.

When our furnace stopped working in early March, Max was able to come within an hour to take a look. Our furnace is old but he never pressured us to replace it: he was able to repair it and give us advice on maintaining it. We would happily use his services again.

Max was great. He fixed multiple problems with my furnace created or aggravated by an HVAC contractor I previously used who was ripping me off and nearly caused my furnace breakdown in the middle of winter. Max stayed as long as it was necessary to make sure that everything is fine, all issues rectified and equipment is completely repaired up to the highest standard of quality. My furnace runs trouble free for more than a year now. Thank you so much Max!!! You are number 1 in heating and cooling. Sorry that it took me so long to give you a well-deserved credit for amazing work you had done.

Wonderful service - I needed someone to come out to my house to repair a leaky gasoline and replace the line to my stove. Max gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and was at my house in less than two hours - earlier than promised. Max efficiently resolved our issues and took the time to ensure that all of our appliances, the water heater and the fireplace were working before he left. Max saved the day and the weekend for us.

My furnace wasn't working properly, so I called Max based on other reviews here. He came the same day and explained that there was a problem with the pressure valve. He could fix it, but the problem could come back after a month. Since the furnace was 15 years old, I was ready to replace it based on his recommendation. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came back in a few days to install the new furnace. He was prompt and courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed! He was even nice enough to install the new thermostat that I had bought! I would definitely recommend Max and would hire him again, if needed!
