Replaced Air Conditioner at the Height of the summer heat wave
Our old air conditioner was unable to handle the midsummer heat and failed during the worst part of the heat wave. Max installed a new air conditioner for us. He was prompt, reliable, and efficient and provided us with excellent value. I will be using Max for my HVAC needs going forward.

Quick service, good price
I called Max after seeing great reviews here on HomeStars. He was able to come quite promptly and his price was definitely reasonable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem (A/C unit needed a new starter) quickly. On top of this he is a very nice guy and explains exactly what he is doing to you. I would definitely use him again.

Air conditioner repair
My AC unit broke on a hot August morning. Aire Max responsed within an hour and a half and the AC was working in the next half hour. The technician was very knowledgeable about the problem and had parts with him to do the repairs. I was extremely pleased with Aire Max and feel the cost for a weekend repair was reasonable.

There was water coming from the blower motor in my furnace. It was caused by blockage in the drainage hose.
It was the weekend and one of the hottest days of the year. I called Max and he arrived within 90mins of my call. There was water coming from the blower motor in my furnace. It was caused by a blocked drainage hose. Max had it solved in a few minutes. Max checked everything and was on his way. Outstanding service!

mini Heat pump for the Garage and replace central A/C
1.) Remove old A/C from the backyard and install new central A/C at the side of the house. 2.) Installed heating and cooling system for the garage to use the garage as an exercise room and workshop. 3.) Decorative refrigerant cover for heat pump, concrete patio stone extra options.

Air Conditioner Repair
I called Aire Max to repair the air conditioner at my new house, which turned out to have blown a capacitor. They came the next day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They also gave me advice about maintaining it, because the grass had grown taller around it, and the filter was covered in dust and dirt.

A/C repair at our tenants' house in Markham
This is the fourth job Aire Max did for us - Furnace replacement, 2 water tank replacement and a humidifier replacement. He provided reliable, reasonably priced and well advised work, as always. He repaired the compressor of our 20 year old A/C unit at our tenants' house, and did not asked us to have the whole A/C unit replaced, as some less reliable contractors would do. He was as usual punctual, and courteous. 10 or our 10 on our scale! Thank you Max.

A/C Repair
When my A/C stopped working during one of the warmest periods of the summer I called Max. He responded quickly to my call and was at my house within a couple of hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within half an hour. Efficient and professional, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

Air conditioner repair
My air conditioning unit died on one of the hottest Saturdays in the summer. I reached Max at 10:30 PM that night. He arrived as promised on Sunday morning, and replaced the broken part to get the air conditioner running perfectly again. He also cleaned the unit. Max was honest, fast, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend Aire Max.

HVAC
My AC stopped working at 7pm on the hottest day of the summer. I frantically was searching for someone to come by the next day, then I saw the reviews for Max, "call him anytime he will come", I called, he came by and fixed the problem within the hour. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using Aire Max Heating and Cooling for your HVAC issues.
