I called 3 companies here everyone said I'll get the guy to call you and book. No one ever did as they were to busy and i cant stand dealing with middle people. Alarm bells go off. But Max was just as busy and made the time regardless of his workload to come out and fix our AC. We paid for the call out cost plus a capacitor. He checked the pressure and did it all in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very happy with him. He said there will never be a middle man with me. Just me and you the customer. If you need a solid worker max seems to be that guy. And im very picky!

My ancient central air conditioner died during a heat wave. Max is the only service man who agreed to service my unit on the same day I called. It could not be repaired. I liked him so much I had him install the new system without asking anyone else for a quote (and his price was great from the research I had done before). He installed the new system quickly. He was courteous and professional. I held back one star because of minor clean-up issue I found after he left. It was too small to bother calling him back for so I took care of it.

My central air conditioning stopped working. I called for service and they were at my house in less than an hour and replaced the required part on my central air conditioning at the same visit. Excellent and quick service at a reasonable price.

A/C broke down when i came home from work. After reading the reviews i contacted Max and he came next day. He fixed the A/C and i was very satisfied with the work done. i would highly recommend Max!

We came home Friday night and found our air conditioner not working. It was very hot out and needed someone quickly. We called Max and he advised he would arrive in 2 hours on a Friday night during a heat wave!!! He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. It was a pleasure to deal with him!!

I called late Max late in the day as our furnace had stopped working. It had been making unfamiliar noises and eventually gave out. Max was able to come by the following morning and replaced a part to get it back humming quickly an affordably.

I called Max yesterday morning and had a new air conditioner installed today. He came when he said he would and he worked efficiently and cleaned up his mess afterwards. I was very impressed.

Today was the second time Max visited our home to fix an issue with our furnace. The last time was a few years ago and he was very helpful then so he was our first call yesterday when we noticed that our furnace was leaking water. He answered the phone promptly on a Saturday afternoon and came over today (the following day) at the time he said he would. Turns out the issue was relatively easy to fix though could have posed a real issue had we not taken care of it. Within 20 minutes Max had replaced the drain tubing and inspected our furnace/AC unit. Similar to last time, he spent some time explaining to me how our system works and offered some advice on keeping it running well. Since Max left, I've been monitoring all afternoon and evening and he certainly fixed the leak effectively. Max is a straightforward guy. He clearly has real expertise working with modern furnace systems and takes care of the issues with patience and professionalism. After two positive experiences, we now consider Aire Max our go-to service provider for issues and general maintenance with our furnace and AC. Thanks Max. R*

Needed to get my AC moved for a deck build. Max was able to work around other contractors and get the job done quickly and for a competitive price. Would definitely use again.
