    Air conditioning

    Two years ago, our air conditioning needed repair. He was quick and easy to work with. Aire Max cleaned the air conditioner free of charge (which took him about 10 minutes of his time). I would go with Aire Max. I meant to write this review two years ago but my review wouldn't post for some reason. I haven't forgotten about Aire Max and their excellent service.

    New Furnace for residential home

    Our 28 year old furnace finally gave up. I called three companies on a Sunday morning. Max not only picked up the phone, but was at my home is less than 2 hours and gave me a firm quote. The other two companies both wanted to upsell me on fancier, more expensive models, but Max explained why, with the size of the heating vent coming out of our furnace, a more powerful unit would be overworked. He installed the new furnace on the date we agreed, was extremely clean and polite, and I would recommend him to anyone. My A/C needs replacing and I will definitely go straight to Max. would

    Commercial Rooftop Furnace Service Call

    We have a retail store with a rooftop furnace. The landlord's furnace person told us the furnace would soon need major repair and it broke down shortly after he did a routine winter check-up. We decided to call Max to take a look at is as he had done our home furnace and we were very happy with his work. He quickly got the furnace working again and nothing major was wrong. Great service!!

    boiler maintenance

    On Sept 30th I contacted Air Max for my annual boiler maintenance service for the first time. Max provided prompt (next day) and thorough service. I was impressed with his knowledge and appreciated his recommendations . The cost of the service was appropriate.

    New Furnace

    Max proved to be reliable and a man of his word - price, arrival time and completion time. The unit was installed in 2014 and I've not had any problems with it. I will use Max again for any HVAC related work.

    Boiler

    I highly recommend Max for the job. He gave me the best service and price on my new Lennox boiler. He is reliable and will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    During a heat wave at the start of September, our 21-year-old central air conditioner only circulated luke warm air through our house. Under the furnace, there was a puddle while ice started to form where the coolant entered the furnace. After calling one of the largest service companies in Toronto, we were told that the coolant was probably leaking and that it would not be economic to locate & seal the hole in view of the age of the unit. The best solution was a new air conditioner. After checking HomeStars, the next day I called Max to get a second opinion. Max diagnosed the unit and determined that there was probably no leak. He refilled the freon and cleaned the outside condenser. Voila! So far, so good.

    Fireplace Repair

    The senors in my gas fireplace would trip and turn off the flame after approx 5 minutes and Max came by to fix it. Max is friendly and technically inclined. He fully explained the problem with the fireplace and was able to fixed it, even though he felt it may need a new part. Still works a half a day later. Very satisfied with his work.

    Furnace repair on Sunday

    Our regular service provider was not able to come and fix the furnace today (Sunday) in one of our rentals. Max came in 2 h and fixed the furnace. It took him about 20 min. We are very satisfied with his service. We will consider to use him in future.

    Broken furnace

    We have used Max twice to fix our furnace. The first time was in the middle of winter when our furnace stopped working. Max came right away and diagnosed the problem, then came back early the next day with the right part. About a year later we tried to turn on the furnace and it didn't work. Again, max came quickly and figured out it was the thermostat, which he replaced right then. Both times Max arrived fast and was able to fix the furnace for not too much money. I would definitely recommend him if your furnace breaks down!
