    Home Inspection

    Just wanted to take a moment to commend and recommend Alan for his home inspection services. We had Alan come to our about a month ago for a home inspection. We actually chose to work with him because he was willing to go on our roof to inspect it where as another home inspector I was considering wasn't. In all honesty, I'm thankful we chose Alan because by going on our roof to inspect it, we discovered that racoons had made a hole in our siding. Had we not worked with Alan, I don't think the other home inspector would have been able to notice the hole from the ground. Anyhow, Alan was pleasant to work with. He was thorough in his inspection, patient in answering our questions, and detailed in his report. So, if you're looking for a home inspector, go with Alan!

    Home inspection

    I used Allmax for two home inspections and couldn't be happier. Alan is a true expert, very professional, extremely thorough, and notices things nobody else would. His reports are meticulous, easy to read and serve as a great document to work off of for future renovations. The photos he takes are included in the reports and he edits the photos with arrows pointing out specific issues- this way you can use your report to easily communicate with contractors later. He is honest, informative, punctual, easy to talk to and obviously highly trained in what he does.

    Home inspection

    Alan is really good home inspector who knows his stuff. Being a first time home buyer, he very patiently replied to all our questions and concerns. He is a really funny guy with a very pleasant personality. Would definitely recommend him to my friends & family.

    Pre-purchase inspection

    Alan came to do our pre-purchase inspection. He was professional and very thorough. We are first time home buyers and we worried about any potential problems. He found several issues, being an old house. He was able to explain everything in plain language. And the report is the most comprehensive document. 11/10 would use again.

    Home inspection

    Very thorough and professional . Showed up early ! Would highly recommend for first time home buyers .

    Home Inspection

    Allan was GREAT!! , he was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered ALL our questions. He didn't seemed rushed and took his time to do this inspection.

    Inspection of home for purchase and sale

    We required a home inspection on a home we were purchasing in Vaughan. Alan provided quick response time. Thorough inspection. Detailed debriefing of all findings. Overall, I was very happy with the services provided.

    - Was able to book on a short notice. - Inspection accompanied with clear explanations of potential issues/timelines/ways to remedy. - Very good report write-up. Follow-up question coverage. Excellent experience overall. Recommend.

    Above and Beyond!

    I feel very confident in referring Alan to anyone who ever asks. This is the second time I’ve used his services and he goes beyond my expectations each time. This time, he identified some structural issues that were fixable but expensive and I was able to get money back from the seller on closing so I can immediately rectify this issue. Without such a detailed report and explanation it wouldn’t have happened and now I can move in with the peace of mind that my new home is safe. You can just see with the ease at which he works that he’s hardwired to spot issues but also is able to teach you how to maintain and care for your home going forward. Having him on board is well worth the money - can’t say enough good things about the experience!

    40 minute inspection. No way

    NO WAY HE DID A PROPER INSPECTION ALAN was scheduled to come at 11am. Came past 12 noon. I let him in. I left for lunch. Came back at 12:40pm. He was gone. No way he could have possibly done a thorough inspection of my house. This is a 2 story rowhouse. 100 years old. Not a condo or new build. I don't know what this guy is playing at. But he is no real inspector. His report was poorly written. It made no effort to describe what was serious and what was minor. Everything was just listed out. Like he spent all of 10 min writing it.
