My wife and I just moved to Toronto and have purchased a new house. We wanted to get an independent inspector to go in with us for the walk through. I contacted him via his website and he was very easy to work with and professional. He replied to my emails with all questions in a prompt and efficient manner. He was right on time on the day of inspection and has a very pleasant personality which makes asking questions very easy. He offered his honest opinions on everything.
