    Residential Home Inspection

    We used Allmax Home Inspection to perform an inspection on our home in Newmarket, Ontario. The reports were very detailed and included pictures, explanations of the problems and recommendations for repairs. The report was provided to us incredibly fast as well! The Inspector (Alan) was very friendly, patient and more than willing to answer any of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Allmax Home Inspection to anyone looking for home inspections in and around theGreater Toronto Area.

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a great job inspecting a home we were looking to make an offer on. He spent over 2 hours walking around the enitre house and explaining everything in excellent detail. Thanks to Alan we purchased the house and have a great task list to fix any problems.

    Home Inspection

    Being a Realtor it is important to have a wealth of resources for my clients! During both the sales and purchasing process, having a great home inspector is necessary. I use Alan as my go to home inspector throughout the GTA. He is very knowledgable and never misses a beat. He speaks confidently to my clients and seems to hit all of the key points without using alarming language and scaring people.     Last 3 home inspections

    I have used AllMax Home services for a while, and I did always get the fast, efficient service. The report advices and extra recommendations provided were extremely useful. I definitely will use their services again and I will recommend them without any doubt !!

    Home Inspection

    I have gone through the property inspection process many times dealing with both residential and commercial real estate, Allan was hands down the best inspector I have ever used, I will use him again. He is intelligent detail oriented and obviously very dedicated to his work and profession. Allan went above and beyond and if you use him you will feel confidant you have chosen the best. Move over Mike Holmes Alan Glushko is here!

    Home Inspection

    My client purchased a home in Summerhill, Toronto in Jan 2011. I suggested Alan to inspect their home. Alan inspected the home very throughly & followed up in answering all of their questions above and beyond what was needed. His post inspection report was very detailed. In addition, Alan even brought a former City of Toronto Building Code expert to address all of my buyers questions & concerns right on the spot. Alan and his team were extremely professional, experienced and very helpful. As a realtor, I would highly promote Alan and his team.

    Allmax and its dedicated staff not only inspect your home or prospective home, they take the time to communicate how it all works! Real estate agents and real estate lawyers, refer Allmax and your clients will report to you as they have to me, thoroughly satisfied.

    House inspection

    I've known Alan for 4 years, we have meeings every week and I have never heard about a dissatisfied customer. He is detail-oriented, has extensive construction knowledge, expert specialists on staff and is VERY proud of his work. You can trust Alan!

    Home inspection

    I have had Alan check out problem items in my home several times and he's always able to recommend simple things I can do to take care of them and keep my home in good shape. Real estate agents, please take note: don't call anyone else! Let Alan take care of your precious clientele, and he will make you look like a star.

    Home Inspection Service
