    Home Inspection

    AllMax was incredibly helpful, professional and reliable in inspecting my home. They alleviated a lot of concern I had and provided a lot of necessary information I needed and wasn't sure how to obtain. I would recommend AllMax to anyone needing a home inspection and one would be wise to use their service. As well, they were incredibly courteous, polite and overall extremely nice to deal with.

    Professional Home Inspection

    Alan is the most professional home inspector that I have ever used. He was able to book the appointment with short notice and was very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain all of the details of the inspection to make sure that I was comfortable with the house I was purchasing. He removed a lot of the fears that one might have with such a purchase and made me confident that I knew what needed to be done to the house. It seems very rare these days to find professional services with a focus on integrity and customer service. I would highly recommend using Alan for your home inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a fantastic job of inspecting our home before we sold it. It enabled me to fix up quite a few small details in order to make it ready for sale. And it worked! I highly recommend Alan. He is a very talented young man. Morrell Bacus

    No stone UN-turned home inspection! (5-7 y/o property)

    price anount is tax in. Great Guy, very interested in the work he does + educated us about issues and common sense day to day house management. Accomodated less than 24 hr short notice + On time + Very thorough + respectful + awesome demeanor + gave us potential estimates for pending work + strived for our satisfaction + continued asking us if we had any questions and every single question answered as much detail as possible. AAA recommendation from me for Alan!!

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a terrific job on the home inspection and was very thorough, finding many defects. He explained why the items needed to be repaired. Alan's report came on time. As others on this site have previously commented, he has a great sense of humour. Thank you Alan for your great service!

    Home Inspection

    I just completed my first home inspection with Alan Glushko from Allmax and I must say that I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Not only did he make the experience easy for me but he was very patient in answering all my questions. He walked me through the entire property and told me what I needed to do if I was to purchase the house. I’m confident I can tackle the minor issues and as a result I’ve purchase my very first home. Thank you again Alan! I would definitely recommend him again and his company as they did an excellent job!

    Home Inspection

    I am a first time home buyer so I want to make sure that the house that I'm buying is in good condition. All Max was referred to me by a good friend and I'm thankful that I heeded her advice. Allan Glushko did an impeccable job. He thouroughly inspected and checked all areas of the house that needs to be inspected and explained in the process the complexity of the damages and provided solutions to it. Despite of the time constraint, he managed to have a comprehensive inspection of the house. I am very much satisfied with the job done and will surely recommend All Max to sellers/buyers.

    Your next home inspector Alan!

    It was a great experience to have Alan do the house inspection for us. Alan was great with the inspection work, also very good at explaining things to us. We went ahead to purchase the house after the inspection was done. Besides, my boy of eight years old, who watched the whole inspection process, has turned to Alan's fan. He commented Alan's getting on top of the roof looked very much like GongFu actions :) Great job Alan!

    Home Inspection

    Alan was very professional, he was very thorough in his inspection. Alan went far above and beyond the inspection, he gave me a tutorial on my home. I'm a new homeowner, and he provided me with alot of information about being a homeowner you just can't google. Overall my wife and I were very pleased about our choice with AllMax Home Inspection. We would refer him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    My new home to be is 30+ years old and required a thorough home inspection. My expectation was an inspector who simply took notes and didn't say much, after all, the report woudl provide that information. Alan conducted the home inspection with myself and my agent tagging along. Once he realized that neither of us had much idea of what does what inside a house, he adjusted and not only explained in detail what issues needed to be solved, but why they needed to be solved. The inspection was not only informative but educational, interesting and enjoyable. Alan's attitude was friendly and he has a great sense of humour. Not only did myself and my agent enjoy the inspection, so did the owners of the house. This is extremely important in any inspection or audit as auditees tend to become defensive if they feel their space is being dissected. This was not the case and the home owners were completely at ease. All in all a very good experience in all respects and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know.
