    Hone inspection

    Alan did a wonderful job for the inspection of our 50 year old downtown home. He was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from the inspection. He told us a bit of the history of the home and the neighbourhood as well, and how new building standards have improved since then. He's young and energetic, and not afraid to climb up to the roof. Money well spent! He even came back a few months after we closed to give us some advice about the house that we needed help with.

    Home inspection

    I used Alan Glushko from Allmax home inspection for the purchase of my home. His attention to detail and tactful delivery of his findings allowed me to carry through with the purchase of my single largest investment. Furthermore, the report that he provided me with full colour pictures and detailed break down of all the key points was incredibly helpfull to remind me of all the things that required my attention. I recommended Allmax to everyone I know, become I'm confident that they will recieve the same quality of service that I did. Keep up the good work Alan!

    Tarion 1-Year End Report

    Alan did a great job walk-through noting things we hadn't noticed during our first year in our home as well as answering all questions about things we had noticed and were concerned about. He explained the basics of maintaining our home, He took the time to explain everything to us as we did the walk-through. He gave us advice and tips to save us from paying for unnecessary services. We received the completed inspection on the Tarion form in 24 hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Alan for anybody looking for a detailed home inspection.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    Our experience with Alan was wonderful. He is very thorough and knowledgable. He provided detailed explanation for every single aspects of the house and it really helped us as first-time house buyers. His digital report is very user friendly and we are certain that we will recommend Alan if anyone needs a home inspection.

    Pre-sale home inspection

    Alan is a very sharp and knowledgeable inspector. He is honest and reliable. I had shopped around before hiring him, and he gave me the most reasonable price, and on the site, he followed every thing that the others had mentioned over the phone to use as an excuse for their overcharge. He explained every thing in simple and understandable terms and the same night he provided me with an electronic copy of the full report and in the required terminology. When I first met him, I liked his style and learned a lot from him, and when I didn't end up buying the house, in less than a week, I had no doubt about who to ask for my second inspection. I witnessed his customized inspection for 2 completely different houses, and this is a proof of his in-depth knowlege and experience.

    1-year end report

    Alan did an excellent walk-through noting some things I haven't notice during the year we lived in the house. He also explained the basics of maintaining a house, which was very useful for us as first-time homeowners. After the inspection was complete I received all the paperwork via e-mail in two days, as agreed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Alan for anybody looking for a detailed home inspection

    Home Inspection

    A full home inspection was requested from AllMax to find out what the most important maintenance needs are for our home. AllMax inspected the house from top to bottom in 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Alan arrived on time for the scheduled appointment, was informative, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me as he assessed the roof, attic, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work, to name a few. He answered all of my questions (and I had MANY) with patience. Plus let us know that a roofer who had been to our house the week before supplied WRONG information and saved us from paying for unnecessary repairs! I can't tell you how much that is appreciated. I'm happy with AllMax's final assessment. I highly recommend AllMax and suggested the same to our friends and family. I really trust Alan's work because he is knowledgeable and sincere.

    Home Inspection

    We called on Alan to do a home inspection of a property we are buying, and we were impressed with his thoroughness. He pointed out not only the points which are important in our decision whether to buy or not, but also showed us many things which will require future maintenance. He was very knowledgeable, and educated us as he led us through the house from top to bottom. I also liked the very thorough report sent to us only a few hours after the inspection. Great experience.

    Home Inspection during PDI

    My husband contacted Alan at ALLMAX Home Inspections based on the company's many excellent reviews. Alan was able to accommodate us on short notice and he was very thorough and extremely professional. Being new homeowners, we definitely needed some assistance during the PDI of our new home and Alan really delivered! During the inspection, he pointed out the issues that our builder overlooked or missed. He also provided us with useful information that no one else seemed to know during our PDI. Alan took the time to ensure we understood the information we received and he was very patient in answering all our questions. He made our PDI experience easy and provided us with peace-of-mind.     Home Inspection
