We would definitely recommend Alan from AllMax for all your home inspection needs. We had contacted Alan to do an inspection of our newly built home and we were completely satisfied with his work. He was very thorough, very professional and easy to talk to. We were extremely satisfied with Alan's work that we recommended him to our neighbors in our small subdivision to which everyone, with the exception of 2 houses, used Alan for their home inspection, and I can clearly say, we were ALL very satisfied with him!!!

Alan Glushko of AllMax Home Inspection provided me with excellent, speedy and extremely thorough service at a very reasonable price. Even though my home had been renovated three years previously to the highest standards, as a homeowner downsizing and selling my property, I wanted to ensure there would be no problems that I could have detected for a prospective buyer knowing that a home inspection is intended to minimize though not eliminate risk in buying a home. I was expecting to receive a perfect bill of health as I knew there were no major problems in the house. Though the inspection was intended to identify any major problems, in Alan's 68 page report that was extremely thorough and detailed, a list of minor problems were identified that I had not picked up after living 41 years in my home. Alan specified all the changes that should be made as well as several other recommended or suggested changes that might be considered. If you want to pass on your home in excellent condition to a new buyer, I was pleased to have them all identified. Corrections permitted the new buyer to purchase the house in confidence. I immediately recommended Alan to my daughter-in-law who is a real estate agent for a prestigious real estate service. In addition to excellent service and a thorough report, Alan is very pleasant to deal with, never rushed. He spent time explaining what should be done and why it should be done. I googled and found AllMax. Visited the website which I have found very informative and impressive. Then contacted to get an independent inspection report for me as a first time home buyer. Alan came. He walked me through Foundation, Roof, Exterior, Interior, Electrical, Water, Plumbing system etc. At the same time he did show me his observation of current condition of each of them and related advice for maintenance. Alan was very professional and insightful. He explained to me all of the issues that needed to be resolved and why. Also, he explained to me how some of the equipment and switches in my home worked. He sent me my Tarion Report very quickly in order that I may submit it within 30 days. Strongly recommend his services if you property needs to be thoroughly and properly inspected.
