    Home inpection in THornhill woods

    We arrived with to babies to ontario 4 weeks ago, and finally we bought a house in Thornhill woods, I found Allen from allmax home in google and i thought i will give it a try, he as amazing ,we needed inspection in 1 day and he was friendly, dynamic, professional, and funny, arrived 5 minute before to the property, he walk me thought the outside,inside, and thought me everything i need to know about a new house in ontario, the rules, the standards, tricks,tips, costs it is a new house, 2300qft, and told me exactly what i need to do with tarion,i learned so much from him and it cost me less then 350$, worth every penny. his name is Alan Glushko.

    Home Inspection

    We had an extremely good experience with Alan Glushko of Allmax. He's super-smart, thorough and provided us with an excellent home inspection report. Alan has the knowledge to conduct a detailed inspection with up-to-date construction standards. He was happy to answer all our questions and give advice on any improvements no matter how large or how small. We would definitely recommend him to prospective buyers. Thank Alan. Awesome job

    AllMax Inspection Review - 2 thumbs up

    Allen of Allmax saved me from a financial disaster !!! Based on my real estate agent’s recommendation I got the house inspected by a rookie who gave me a A+ report on a house that I was about to buy. Since the house was an old house and I didn’t fully trust the report of the home inspector recommended by my real estate agent , I had Alan Glushko of Allmax inspect the house again. Upon careful and professional inspection of Allen, he revealed many issues with the property which would have been not only expensive to repair but in few cases dangerous to live under. The owner of the house was trying to quickly flip the property with low grade repairs & renovation. The house had major electrical, drainage, roofing and structural issue which was pointed and explained in details by Allen. Needless to say we walked out of the sale and bought another property which was inspected by Allen again. Last but not least, Allan’s uses modern equipments and technology for home inspection and his report is outstanding. I will definitely recommend Allen of Allmax for house inspection to my friends and family. Keep up the great work. A happy customer ....

    home inspection

    I called Allmax home inspections on short notice and managed to book Alan for the following morning. He was super friendly and showed my husband and I every small detail of the house we were thinking of buying. Some things were way over my head, but he put everything into laymans terms so I could understand. He left us with a lot of good recommendations and we are thankful to have had him look over our new place. We now know everything that we have to tackle and that makes me stress a little less. Thanks again for all your help :)

    Home inspection

    I searched through many inspection companies before I landed on Allmax. Right from the get go I realized how they stand apart. Great communication, seemed very thorough and knowledgable even while talking on the phone. I was prompt to book, as I've learned a good inspector is hard to find. From the introduction to the final summary, my inspector Alan, was exemplary in how he explained and detailed all the defeciencies. I have purchased several houses in my lifetime and never have I experiencee an inspection, so thorough and informative, as the one from Allmax. A special thanks to Alan for giving me such simple and practical changes to steer me away from future problems with the house. I will definately be using them again and telling my family and colleagues to use Allmax home inspections in the future.

    New Home Inspection

    My wife and I purchased our first resale house just shy of its first year of being built. After moving in, we had approximately 5 weeks to submit defects to Tarion so they could be fixed while the house was still under warranty. Aside from noticing some nail pops, I was not aware of any other defects. We were advised to engage a home inspector to “walk through” the house looking for areas that could be fixed. We were referred to Alan Glushko, a home inspector with Allmax Home Inspection and Property Services. Alan not only walked through the house, but he went on and under it as well. Not only did he identify numerous nail pops (compared to the 6 that I found), but he also noticed an electrical problem, structural wall damage and leakage areas that could have caused severe future damage had it gone unnoticed. The small investment with Alan saved us thousands of dollars in fixes that we would have been forced to incur. I would highly recommend Alan, not only to existing home owners but to purchasers of new homes as well.

    Thanks for the praise Jay. New houses require a different outlook then older re-sale homes. More builder defeciencies and building related items. Most of the time i am finding several small items that can really add up if you were responsible to repair them on your own. I was glad to help and hope you enjoy your new home.

    Home Inspection

    Alan was fantastic when completing my home inspection. I am a first time home buyer, and Alan ensured that I was informed about all the necessaries for my house to run, as well as save me money. He is very informative, and I would recommed his services anytime. I was a very satisfied customer=)

    Home Inspection

    Alan was great at explaining exactly how the process would go right from the start, he definately has people skills. My husband was a professional in the architectural field, so we had some knowledge of what to look for, but I was quite impressed when the inspector pointed out a few things that we had missed. He was very knowledgeable and had all the right tools for the job. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided and have already recommended him to our colleagues. Thanks again.

    Home Inspection

    Clear and concise in communication, Alan and AllMax Home Inspection delivered services second to none. Extremely intentional in his approach and methodology, Alan thoroughly documented what seemed like each square foot of the property. The final report lacked nothing. The contents were precise and consistent with each topic and detail previously discussed and discovered. Our expectations were exceptionally surpassed when Alan took an interest and extra careful observation for the mother-in-law's physical needs while inspecting the property's physical characteristics. Throughout the entire process, Alan never failed to draw from his vast experiences and expertise to explain the acute measures of how each critical area was affected and would affect the rest of the home.     condo inspection

    From the initial phone contact to providing a detailed written report Allan provided exceptional professional service. He quoted a very fair fee for his service before we started, walked me through every step of the process, explained what corrections might be needed and how to do them economically. Don't bother calling any one else if it's a thorough, prompt and reasonably priced job you want. P.S. He is not a relative and I don't get a commission. a
