    Very detailed Review

    I really was impressed by Alan’s inspection service. He was very detailed in his inspection and what I liked most about him was that he was educating us as well while doing inspection and telling impacts and costs of various queries and concerns that we raised while inspection. Would definitely recommend him for your home inspection :-)

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection with Infrared Thermal Imaging

    We are very happy to have found Allan on HomeStars and to have used Allmax Services. From the get-go, Allan was courteous and professional. During the inspection, he was thorough and clearly knowledgeable. Mentioned every minor and major problem, explained possible causes, provided solutions with cost estimations and taught us valuable information throughout the process. He answered any questions we had and followed up quickly. His report was detailed, straightforward and easy to follow. Since this is a large investment, he showed that he had our best interest at heart. We highly recommended Allmax. We will definitely use Allan again.

    Home Inspection

    Alan is incredible to work with! He's knowledgeable, thourough and professional. His report was very detailed and he was open to answering any questions that we had. His knowledge of Italian cuisine is quite extensive as well, we could have chatted with him all day - very personable. We'd definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

    Tarion warranty Inspection

    I’m extremely satisfied with the home inspection. He is very detailed, professional and knowledgeable. He explained various equipment functions and regular maintenance required. His report is very detailed and captured all areas. I would absolutely recommend Alan from Allmax Home Inspection.

    House Inspection

    Alan inspected my new home in a very professional and thorough manner. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me as he went. The comprehensive inspection report was ready the next day and covered all aspects covered. I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone looking for a professional and thorough house inspection.

    Pre-Purchase Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Alan was very thorough and reviewed the efficiencies and causes for concerns from top to bottom, inside and out. The experience was very educational and Alan knew how to keep it light. Exceptional work which has provided great peace of mind.

    Pre purchase home inspection

    Called Alan @ AllMax for a complete pre purchase home inspection in Oshawa. We were very happy with his overall knowledge of all aspects of the home. He noted every single issue and even informed us potential costs associated with the problems. He sent a complete and extremely thorough report on everything he noticed at the inspection. We will definitely be using AllMax again. Thanks Alan!

    Year-end Inspection to be submitted to Tarion

    In my opinion, finding a RIGHT company doing home inspection is a challenge, you never know which one is good out there and often have to do lot of researches onlines before you can engage someone to do the work. Well I am very lucky and also want to give a big thanks to my best friend Robert (who is a litigation lawyer) for recommending Alan at AllMax to me. I was relieved indeed. Alan, a very nice, handsome looking and professional expert in the industry. He is very knowledgeable (who knows O.B.C...... very well) and has an eagle's eyes to point out to you what's not doing right by the builder. I also feel impressive by the equipment he used throughout the inspection, such as the Infrared Thermal Imaging/infrared camera, Alan can quickly identify the problems from the floors to ceilings. Nothing can be hidden under his infrared gun. If I am buying homes again, Alan is my must go to person for future home inspections, until he retires. If you are still surfing on internet looking for a home inspector, don't waste your time, just give Alan a call right now. Heidi
