My wife and I were seriously considering purchasing two older bungalows as our first family home. Due to a bidding war on the first we needed a home inspection prior to our offer and Alan Glushko was able to deliver on short notice. He gave an efficient and thorough review which revealed a major issue with the materials used in insulating the roof that greatly informed our decision on how much to offer on the home. Ultimately Alan's inspection also helped us make the right decision to let this home go when the sellers demanded too high a price. Alan then provided another outstanding inspection and thorough report on the second home we were considering. Thanks to his expertise and professionalism we are now happy owners of a great bungalow with peace of mind as to the health of the home. I would highly recommend Alan to anybody looking for a home inspection.

Allan arrived early and we got started right away. We only had an hour but he went through the entire house without rushing. He did a thorough inspection, pointing out concerns and mistakes as well as positives and benefits. He also provided helpful advice about how to address the parts of the house that needed work. Allan explained everything he was talking about and happily answered my questions. His insights also helped my wife and I to make an informed decision when offering on that house later the same day. Last Friday, I got house inspection done by Gavin. The house has been recently renovated and everything looked good until Gavin took a closer look and brought up some serious concerns that the building has. The building had a structural damage and almost 80% of the wood under the roof was damaged. During the process of inspection Gavin educated me with the tips on how to maintain the house in long term to minimize damage expense. He helped me save an expense which can be around $7K - $10 K.
