    Home inspection in Mississauga

    Alan was a very thorough and personable Home Inspector. If a home inspection could be considered "fun" this certainly was. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, and what he was looking for through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Alan. If you need a home inspection - call him - NOW!

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a very thorough inspection of the home and was very knowledgeable and clear in articulating his findings. I will certainly use Alan in the future and recommend him for anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Brampton Year End Tarion Warranty Inspection

    We decided to go with Allmax after doing a lot of research online for a credible home inspector..... And we were very happy with choice we made. Alan is very knowledgeable person and knows his job, he will explain the best way to fix any issues that you might find in your home and will answer all your questions in a very satisfactory manner. The thermal scanner that Alan used to look for any problems in the house put my mind at ease. I would recommend Alan to all my friends and for all future inspections of my properties.

    Home Inspection

    Gavin was very helpful and informative. He asked if this was our first home, yes it was. Minor cosmetics to be fixed, he provided info on how to go about fixing it. Overall, excellent service!

    Markham PDI New Construction Warranty Inspection

    Had a wonderful experience dealing with Alan from start to finish. He helped do the PDI for my preconstruction home. He arrived early, did his job efficiently and effectively, and answered all questions that I had. Highly recommend!

    Toronto Home Inspection

    This is my first time buying single house. I don't have much knowledge and so only protection was the conditional offer with home inspection. I found Alan after googling and via reviewing on HomeStars web site. His professional and succinct points on the problems within the house gave us the huge helps.     Markham 1 Year Warranty Inspection

    Alan was super helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me a lot of advise in the house. He is like a machine, he can X-ray my house in seconds and let me know what and where needs to be address. For sure I will recommend him to my friends and family.

    New Build Home Inspection

    I was extremely impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable Allan was. This was my first time going through a home inspection and learned things I would never have been aware of otherwise. I also appreciated Allan's honesty and professionalism throughout the process. I would highly recommend him.

    Oshawa Home Inspection

    Alan was very informed, helpful, and engaging. He walked me through not only the problems, but the potential fixes as well. His expertise was exactly what I needed to help me avoid unnecessary and costly home repairs. At first I was wasn't sure if hiring a home inspector was a good use of money since my home is only 6 years old but after going through the inspection I would recommend one to anyone no matter the age of their home.     Home Inspection

    Great job by Alan. He should have his own tv show. Excellent explanations of everything we went over.
