I bought property on Danforth with conditional offer month ago, Because of AllMax home inspection professional job and advice my investment was able to protected, the vender couldn't provide the proper permit from the city even though he claimed he had one. AllMax strongly Advised me that I obtain the city permit before any financial commitment, one month letter My lawyer Advised me that the vender failed to provide the permit and the purchase didn't go through. When we recently sold our home, one of the buyers purchase conditions was for the house to be professionally inspected. They hired Alan Glushko of Allmax Home Inspection, which was a very wise decision, because they found issues that my own home inspector missed just two and a half years ago! Alan did such a thorough job that I had to hire him to inspect our own prospective property. He was professional, and had an attention to detail that brought a sense of security, which is rare in the housing market. I am a first time home buyer and was shopping around for home inspectors as a home inspection was a condition on my offer. I found allmax on this website as well as a number of other home inspections. I went with allmax because it had the best price but was worried that I would "get what I paid for". We had 3 days to get a home inspection completed after our offer was accepted and allmax called me back just an hour after I submitted a request for an appointment and had someone out there the next day. Gavin was our home inspector and he did absolutely amazing. Answered all the questions we had and pointed out a million things I wouldn't have known to look for. He took away all my worries about being a first time homebuyer and made me feel well informed about my purchase as well as next steps for everything he found. Great price, even better service. I would use all max every time and recommend them to anyone who asked.

Alan was able to spot the previous leak mark on the ceiling where we couldn't see. He walked us through the whole process of inspecting the unit with great details and explanations. My fiancé and I would use him again and would recommend him to others.
