We recently used Alan Glushko for our home inspection for our new home, and we were very pleased with his services. Alan was honest, professional, friendly and accommodating. He did an extremely thorough inspection and spotted some big issues with the home, which we were previously unaware of and which would have cost us a great deal to repair. He even went into the attic and found mould, for which we were grateful as we had been told by others that many inspectors won't go into the attic. We had heard excellent things about Alan through word of mouth, which is why we used him, and we would absolutely use and recommend him in future.

Alan was very thorough and went into great detail about every part of the home. Alan even described how to operate and shut off the various components in the home, which we were thankful. Alan provided a detailed report outlining everything we discussed during the inspection, even including helpful diagrams and pictures. Alan was knowledgeable and pleasant. We would highly recommend his services.

My husband and I recently used Alan Glushko as our home inspector on a potential home we wanted to buy. We currently own a condo and this is our first home purchase. Alan was absolutely amazing at explaining to us all the details and potential issues associated with the house. He was very thorough but made sure we understood the details every step of the way. Alan ended up identifying some major issues with the home (ie. mold in the attic and waterproofing needed in the basement) that would have cost us an immediate $30K to fix. The inspection report we received was very detailed but also had helpful summary pages that made it easy to understand. Alan even followed up with us a few days later to see how things were coming along and if we were proceeding with the purchase. We would highly recommend Alan!!!

Michael Holley did a home inspection on a property for us, and we found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to work with. With a wealth of experience and education, he explained to us what he was looking for, why something was incorrect, how it should be, and how it could be remedied. We were impressed with his keen eye for detail and his diligence, and recommend his services to anyone who wants a well done home inspection. 10/10! We are also satisfied with the report and feel confident in knowing it accurately describes the condition of the property in detail.

After finding a leak and a large amount of Mould in the wall and floor of our daughters room we found Allan on the internet and scheduled him to come and do air testing in our home. Right from our first conversation over the phone Allan was professional, understanding, informative and prompt! We spoke and met with Allan several times, and although it was a very stressful time for us we found ourselves feeling so much more calm and optimistic about our situation having Allan work with us! He guided us through this, even answered text messages of random questions we would ask after hours and on weekends! All around great guy who is definitely in the right business! Thanks Allan!

alan provided exceptional service in a pre-purchase home inspection. he explained everything in very clear detail and in a way that was easy to understand. he was extremely thorough in inspecting every single aspect of the home and providing details on what repairs would be required, if any, and also provided an estimate of how much each repair would cost and in what timeframe it would need to be completed. he ultimately saved our family from a purchase that would have cost more money that we had allotted. I would most certainly use his services again!

Alan was recommended by our real estate agent, not just as a referral but as someone our agent used personally on his own house. Alan was very knowledgeable yet easy to communicate with. He was very thorough and took the extra time to show and tell us about our potential new home. He didn't gloss over things or sugarcoat it, and he also pointed out things that weren't problems but may be one day, giving us extra info throughout the inspection. My Girlfriend and I had Alan out to do a home inspection in Oshawa. I was very pleased with Alan right from the start. He was courteous, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The property was being sold as a "fixer upper", and a few issues were disclosed to us when we first saw the house. The Driveway, decks, fence, and basement all needed some work, and the interior of the house was outdated and in need of some TLC. I am a carpenter by trade, and I have many friends and family members in various trades. The initial plan was to fix this place up. Based on what we saw, although it would have been costly, it seemed possible to make this house work for us. Within 10 minutes of meeting Alan, I was glad that we called him. He uncovered many issues with the house that were not disclosed to us by the agents as well as some issues that I overlooked during the initial viewing of the home. His off-hand knowledge of the building code was very impressive, as was his ability to catch even the smallest defects that may later become major issues. All in all, Alan saved us from buying a nightmare of a house, and he gave me a better understanding of what to look for when purchasing a home. The information he gave me has already proven to be very valuable, and it was well worth the small fee he charged for the inspection. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to buy a home.
