Bedbugs! Nipping, biting, blood sucking bedbugs. They were concentrated in one bedroom of the house but could spread. We contacted Pestend and were visited by the technician Zafar within a day or two. He was polite, and very efficient. He fully explained the process and what should be done and was back the following day to deal with the bugs. A prompt follow was also done in 2 weeks which confirmed a successful removal of our bedbug problem

I would like to thank Fazee and Hamid for doing a great job in my house. They were very polite, seemed to know there job. They did there work as if they really cared about my mouse problem. It is nice to see real customer service.

Had a bug problem and chose to phone a few companies. PestEnd was great picking up the phone and offered a fair quote. Their website was well put together and once chosen, the instructions before the technician came were perfect. We had a mild-moderate bedbug situation over a month ago. It was late at night when we realized, and I was panicked, i really wanted it to be dealt with right away. Thankfully this place is open 24 hours. I texted them a picture of the bug we found and they were at our house within 12 hours to do the treatment. Our technician was Fazee, he was thorough, straightforward and kind. He gave us a lot of information about how to prevent pests problems in the future. He treated the house thoroughly (two treatments, two weeks apart), and even came back a month later to follow up and give me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Fazee's services, he did an excellent job restoring our home to its bug-free state.

I had woken up with a series of mystery red marks on my body that looked like they fit the pattern of bed bug bites two nights in one week. While I wasn't able to find any bugs or evidence of them myself, I knew that some individuals who had been in my home had been exposed and I wasn't willing to take any chances. Pestend Pest Control was quick to schedule an appointment with me over the holiday season, before which they provided me with ample information about what would happen during the appointment and how to prepare. At the time of our first (of two) appointment, our service provider (Fazee) first asked me a series of questions and told me what he would do to ensure that if we had been exposed the problem would be dealt with completely. He was kind enough to treat both my bedroom, as well as my living room - which included a large futon that is quite hard to manoeuvre, which he managed to get into a mattress encasement on his own (no small feat). The work was done quickly, and thoroughly. While there have been no mystery bites since the first appointment (which was 3 weeks ago), Fazee was prompt to schedule a requisite 2nd appointment with us for a follow-up treatment, just to be absolutely safe. While I wasn't present for the second appointment, my partner assured me that it went equally well, and we can see the evidence of the dusting that was done, so its reassuring to see multiple methods were put in place.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to find mice droppings in my kitchen cupboards where I keep the garbage, and shredded paper and garbage strewn about. It looked like a family of mice had a late night party in my cupboard. I immediately called Pestend and they sent Fazee that afternoon to solve the problem. Fazee strategically set some traps in the right places around the house and outside, and the mice problem was solved within a few days. I highly recommend Pestend Pest Control Services.

I called pestend for my bedbug issue in one room. gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable. they send Naseer for extermination. He was very nice and friendly, he dealt this issue with great care. unfortunately i got bedbug in my basement after that,so again i called this company due to my great experience with PESTEND AND NASEER.

I am so thrilled with the work that Fazee and Luqman did at my house. They were thorough, took the time to really solve the problem a explsined things beautifully. I am so thrilled that Fazee pointed out that the problem is disappearing. I really wish I called Pestend 4 years ago when the problem started. What a relief!
