Perfectly done!! We haven't had any more problems. The person who came to our house was very professional and knew how to deal with the problem quickly.

Consequently my home was treated for bed bugs. Follow up treatment done in 3 weeks was advised if problem continue in sofa then we should throw out. Overall my Service guy Naseer was extremely helpful and very professional. He made the visit less scary and explained and answered all my worrisome questions great job! ! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I hired this company for mice problem in my garage.Technician Moe came on scheduled time, inspected around the house, explained everything in detail and did the job in a very professional way. Moe went above and beyond while completing the job. He provided me with a piece of rubber gasket free of charge to be used under the garage door. Overall i am happy with the service!

Only thing done was setting regular traps around the house. None have worked and the only reasons a few mice have died is because I cleaned the infected areas which left them in the cold garage. We still have some around the house and now in my bedroom celeing. No one has came back to follow up. I expected a professional service for such a price.

He did a great job with making sure we understand the process and he was very flexible with the time.

The exterminator first search the kitchen behind the stove only then search in the basement where the activity of the mice were there and tell us about the possible ways of entry could be and ask us to cover the vents with metal mesh And tell us to wait for 3 to 4 weeks until we can get rid of all mice

We heard Pestend was one of the best companies for dealing with Mice (here on Homestars but elsewhere as well) so we gave them a try as this was the first time we had mice in our home so we were quite concerned. The first thing I liked was that they got back to me super quick, by phone first but I was busy at work so I couldn't talk on the phone but they followed up by email as well which is perfect! They were able to come out the next morning, where I met the technician Sajad who was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the bait works, showed where the best spots to place it are and check everywhere inside and out for signs of infestation and/or entry...luckly for us we seem to just have a couple, I felt much better after a professional confirmed that plus now we have a 6 month warranty on any mice issues! Great work, at a fair price...will call on PestEnd again, highly recommended!
