Hi, This was a follow up for removing roaches in our kitchen, hamid was very polite and friendly. We are so happy with his service. Thank you for your services.

We never once ever thought that we have bed bugs. But we did. It took a couple of weeks for it to sink in and finally my wife went to the Doctor and he said - Bed Bugs! I didn't waste any time and quickly looked for a recommended pest control company. We found PestEnd. Turned out to be a smart move irrespective of the cost. We asked for the inspection first and a very friendly young lady showed up with an equally friendly dog. The dog sniffed and confirmed what we already suspected. Bed Bugs! Fortunately they didn't seem to have spread throughout the house. A few days later Hamid came out and explained very carefully the procedure including advising of the chemicals to be used. I was to leave the house for 4 hours once the spraying commenced. That first night was hell as the bed bugs were very active before they (hopefully) bit the dust. Indeed the worst part of having them was the itching it caused. Benadryl and applying Tea Tree Oil helped considerably. As time passed the itching began to lessen. But there was a second fumigation to do. Once again Hamid was out with a new guy Afsal (sp?). Once again he explained everything they were going to do and once again I have to be out of there for 4 hours. I believe it is beaten. Hamid advised that they caught them early. We can only cross our fingers but I believe they are beaten. Everyone at PestEnd was great to deal with. They were helpful and always explained things carefully. The others we didn't meet were Luke and Neetu (sp?) but they too were helpful and explained things well. If ever the pests come back we know who to call - PestEnd!

I first called Pestend at the end of the summer when we came back from vacation to find that mice had chewed through the caulking around the air exchanger vent and had entered the furnace room. Pestend scheduled Moe to come out the very next day. He examined the perimeter and he assured us there were no other entry points, recommended to reseal the caulking and also replace the dryer vent which was getting old. He also placed bate around the house. After that day, we did not see any traces of mice and were very happy and felt reassured that there was a 1 year warranty for their services. The reason I'm taking the time to write a review today is because of their exceptional customer service on a follow up call. After not seeing any mice for over 2 months, I unexpectedly saw one again in the furnace room yesterday. I called Pestend, and Moe came to my rescue again the very next day. He examined the perimeter and found they had chewed a NEW entry point around the pool heater pipes which leads into the furnace room. He also topped up the bate around the furnace room and kitchen, and even took care of the dead mouse in the trap, all in a pleasant & professional manner. I also appreciated that he called 1/2hr before arriving so I knew exactly when to expect him. I would recommend Pestend to anyone looking to get rid of pests, you will sleep well knowing the problem is dealt with properly and that they stand behind their warranty!

I'm very appreciated with the honesty of Zafar because I thought it was mice droppings, but Zafar confirmed it wasn't and did not find any mice activity.He only charged me the inspection fee instead of a fully service charge. Thanks again!

Squirrels were nesting in my roof and Tony came to save the day. Got an appointment quick and the service was professional and efficient. Let's hope the squirrels don't plan a counter attack.
