We were tired of the intrusion of mice in our home and cleaning up the dirt. But Once we called Pestend, they surveyed the entry points and took the required steps to eliminate mice. We didn't notice the mice after that in our home. Recently when we suspected the activity again, MOE - The technician who had earlier did the service, promptly showed up and did the service advising what to do. He was very nice and helpful and I am pleased with his service.

I called for someone to come just a few hours before they arrived. It was important to me to have this looked after right away. Hamid came right on time and did a great job checking the house and explaining the product and warranty. Now this issue has been addressed. A big thanks, 10 out of 10!

Hi there, I don't normally write reviews but I think it is extremely important that people who find themselves in this awful situation of acquiring bed bugs, can be rest assured knowing there is an easy solution ( despite all of the horror stories online). we went through another company first that our building hired and they turned out to be unsatisfactory. searching online I stumbled upon pestend,,, and I am so so grateful that I did. everyone I spoke with over the phone were extremely informative and supportive. they were able to come out within a few days rather than a week and a half like the other place. Naseer was our exterminator, and he was AMAZING from the start. it is so rare to find good customer service now adays, and he went way above and beyond. i was able to msg him with any questions I had, and he was quick to answer with kindness, patience and reassurance. He told be that bug activity should seize within 10 days ( it only took a day or two) and that he would be back in about two weeks for a follow up. anyways,,, when this all started i was so stressed i couldn't even sleep. but now we are bug free and I owe it all to Naseer and Pestend. thank you guys so much! ! ! ! <3 seriously, thank you!

This company is amazing. Naseer came to our house and walked me through the process of removing mice. He was thoughtful, quick and the mice were gone in three days. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My family began getting itchy red bug bites and were worried that it might be bed bugs. I called around to get quotes from exterminators and PestEnd had the lowest prices by far! So Naseer came and although he didn’t find any physical evidence of bed bugs, from the history and bite pattern he determined that we needed treatment. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent and thorough job treating our entire house. After the first treatment, there were a few more bites and Naseer promptly came for a second treatment. At that time we considered the possibility of fleas so he recommended that our cat be treated. He also said that this treatment will kill not only bed bugs but fleas and any other bugs. So we had the second treatment and treated our cat for fleas. After that, I had one more bite a week after, but it’s been a month and there has been no more bites ever since! Naseer did an amazing job, and he did it with the best price around. We 100% recommend PestEnd!
