    K9 bed bug detection credentials may be suspect

    I am a certified entomologist IPM consultant. Pestend promised to send k9 bb recertification data but then refused with redtape. Not to be trusted without proper credentials.

    Mice removal and follow-up experience

    Kami and Elnur were professional and courteous through the initial and follow-up appointments for mice removal. They were patient in explaining our situation and gave clear communication on their solution. Their work was efficient, and the accompanying photos to show what our infested areas looked like and what has been done were of great help and assurance for us. They even helped us with installing weep hole covers that were high up and out of our reach. We highly recommend them for your next mice removal!

    Great for extermination of variety of pests

    Im in an older house so its had a number of issues over the years. Ive used Pestend for bees, mice, and now flies and they have been amazing. They are efficient, professional, responsive, and value my time. Javaid in particular has been fantastic to interact with on every level. Would highly recommend.

    After service inspection

    I contracted this company for Raccon removal from my home 6 months ago. Now I heard the racoon again. I could not verify if it was inside or out as it sounded like inside. I called and book a follow-up Only to be told that I had to pay another 70$ for them coming to check the area. I was upset and did not pay, the contractor however wasn't happy but left regardless. I want to know, why do I have to pay for a followup service? How would I have known where the animal was coming from without a inspected follow-up? The invoice also had 1 yr warranty on area. You guys need to give customer at least 1 follow-up after the job is completed, esp if the work was don't out of season, as you already took so much.

    Bed Bugs

    I had a massive bed bug infestation that someone brought to my place and it stared on my couch. I had Terminix come to my place and spray like 4 times they were unable to even look at the couch and just did bedroom and based boards after I recorded a video to show them the problem. And when the tech came to my place didn't even bother to listen to me when I told him what the source was. I called Pest end they not only listed, they did an assessment with me in the unit so I could show them the source then they treated my whole place including the couch. There communication was great results excellent and I highly recommend them over anyone else. There is a reason they are rated so highly.

    Mice control

    Making appointments was very easy and the service provider showed up on time. Mr. Javid did an amazing job and he made a follow up visit. Their service came with a 6 month guarantee.

    Fast, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough

    The technician who serviced our home was an incredibly skilled professional with great understanding of how to put an end to our infestation and prevent others in the future. As important, he was kind and empathetic about the stress caused by our situation. We were extremely satisfied and relieved because of David's work. We would actually love to have him back, but hope we don't need to!

    The best!

    Arvind has been our technician for a couple of job-mice, elder tree bugs. Very professional and knowledgeable of the service. I have been Pestend client for many years and their service has been excellent.

    Spiders!

    Muhammad at the Mississauga branch was terrific. Prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explained the work he'd do, ensured I was safe and away from the affected areas, and advised me on next steps. He didn't suggest anything unnecessary.     Hornets Nest removal

    Some things are best left to the professionals. After looking into what was necessary to remove 2 nests that had formed on my eave trough, I decided the risk, especially for the one on the 2nd story was not worth what I would save in $. Pestend provided a fast quote and came the next day once I confirmed for them to proceed. They were fast and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed or recommend them to others.
