    I was impressed with the overall customer service provided by PestEnd. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of Technician Maroof, who attended my residence for the follow-up spray.     Great Service

    We had a mice problem last fall. Pestend provided fast, excellent service. Great technician. No more mice! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Great service,

    Great experience. Customer service was exceptional and they listened to our concerns and were throughout in their consultation and in treatment. Kami & Roman were courteous, punctual, and professional.

    Mice

    Discovered mice had invaded a basement pantry. Found that Pestend had very high customer satisfaction. From Sharda, who answered my call and questions and scheduled me for a same day appointment, to Taimur, who promptly arrived at my home, I could not be happier with their service. Taimur was pleasant, professional and very thorough in his interior and exterior examination of my house. He was very knowledgeable about mice and answered all my questions and concerns. He set up bait boxes inside and outside the house, and showed me the location of each. Not long after he left I received an email with his detailed, well written report. He told me I can call any time if I have concerns. I highly recommend Pestend!

    Pest elimination

    It was three days before Christmas when I noticed mice dropping under my sink. Within 40 minutes of calling Pestend there was a technician at my door. He was polite, fast and knowledgeable. He showed me where the issue may have started and what I needed to do so it would not happen again! I am so happy with the service provided and the peace of mind it brought me!

    Mice treatment in Ottawa

    Technician Cashis was very knowledgeable and courteous and diligently inspected indoor and outdoor entry points for mice and provided advice on actions to pursue. Then he systematically went through the attic, all air vents and basement areas to apply treatments all the while explaining what he was doing. He blocked off endpoints of movement for the mice and identified future actions. I am vey satisfied with with the excellent service provided by Ottawa Pest End technician Cashis.

    Sajjad came to do the service and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. Any questions I asked, he answered them nicely. He did the service properly and I definitely recommend him.

    Bedbugs

    Flea issues resolved

    Weve had flea issues with our cat for a few months now and we were getting desperate to get rid of them! I found Pestend and they were immediately very understanding, informative and helpful and booked us an appointment pretty soon after contacting them. They came to inspect and found some fleas and so we got the house treated. For prevention they came a second time, without extra fees, and treated the house once again. Very pleased with the whole process and service!
