Hi Vijay. We are sad to read your review. First of all, you were charged $250 + tax for mice extermination for your size of property. and as per your contract with Pestend Inc, you were given a 6 months warranty on the job for mice extermination. You were told by our technician to wait for about 10-15 days to see full results and to call back if you had any concerns. We never heard back from you, which indicates you didn't notice any activity after the extermination was performed (as you yourself mentioned as well) and that we were able to provide you complete elimination. Unfortunately, mice are part of nature and we can't possibly guarantee they will never return. If you leave any door open they can sneak inside, however, that is something out of our control. If you had expressed any concerns during the warranty period, we surely would've been able to provide you follow up treatment at no cost. However, at this point 2 months have passed since your warranty has expired. The best that we can do, as we mentioned over the phone, is offer you a further discounted price for the extermination as a returning customer and renew your warranty.
