    Bed Bug issue

    PestEnds customer service was great right from the beginning when I first contacted their office. The Service rep/technician, Salman, that did the actual 2 treatments - was wonderful at answering all our questions. He was punctual and thorough in his work. He was also very re-assuring. The price was reasonable too. Thank you!

    Rat infestation

    We had a rat living in our home. It took two visits to confirm that the rat had an entry hole under my bay window. But Luq came out the second time and stood behind their 100% satisfaction. I am happy to say the rat is dead and the hole is temporarily filled.

According to him, he had explained you everything with all possible options as follow: 1. We don’t apply the bait applications for the rat as that could leave odor to your property 2. We use the sticky traps to catch the rats for the interior to the property and bait stations for the exterior 3. Based on your explanation, technician gave you the option to go ahead with the interior trapping. He also gave you the option, if you would like to buy your own traps, but you asked the technician to go ahead and he did set up the traps at the minimum cost for you with your permission. Normally, the cost for the initial set up is double the amount is charged. I am afraid to say the technician did not overcharged you and performed the service based on your explanation. If you were not satisfied with his options or explanation, you could simply say not to go ahead with the services. feel free to contact us, if you may have further concerns. Regards, Pestend Team

    Extermination

    Our technician Vugar was extremely professional and detail-oriented. He carefully inspected the premises and listened carefully to comments from myself and our tenant. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Really went above and beyond- I would highly recommend.

    Nice extermination

    I had a mice problem and NASEER was very professional and accommodating. a pleasure to deal with this company and if I have s problem again I will call back this company. Mice problem was gone.

    Cockroach treatment

    Service was amazing.. the tech was nasser .. he not only identified the issue correctly but also fixed it in 2 weeks time.. very happy with overall experience...full starss for the job.

    Empathetic,caring and professional setvice.

    Your tech just finished second follow up. Tech Nassir, hopefully spelled correctly, showed genuine concern and empathy as well as a professional desire to help us out. We are more than pleased with they way we were treated and would recommend the service without question. With the gaurantee and the professional and caring service, I would rate this experience as a 5 star rating Willy Bennett

    Bed bug problem

    Excellent professional service. Explained everything in detail. Knew what they were doing. Came back with no questions asked when we called. Asked for an extra treatment just to be sure, they came hardly no questions asked. Would recommend them to anyone. Our problem is gone now.

    Rental property was infested by mice.

    The work is done professionally , Moe the person who handled it explained everything in details , also recommended some work to be done to the garage door as it was a source of access and need to be sealed properly , the Tenant is happy with the results .

    Pest Control Assessment

    Pestend provided professional, efficient service in assessing a potential beg bug issue (thankfully none were found). An excellent technician (Alex) came to my house the same day to carry out the assessment. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and spent extra time answering my many questions. I was very satisfied with Alex's service and the overall service of Pestend.
