Hi Margaret, Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. Its not pleasant to hear these kind of concerns from our clients. I spoke to the related technician about your concern, as I promised. According to him, he had explained you everything with all possible options as follow: 1. We don’t apply the bait applications for the rat as that could leave odor to your property 2. We use the sticky traps to catch the rats for the interior to the property and bait stations for the exterior 3. Based on your explanation, technician gave you the option to go ahead with the interior trapping. He also gave you the option, if you would like to buy your own traps, but you asked the technician to go ahead and he did set up the traps at the minimum cost for you with your permission. Normally, the cost for the initial set up is double the amount is charged. I am afraid to say the technician did not overcharged you and performed the service based on your explanation. If you were not satisfied with his options or explanation, you could simply say not to go ahead with the services. feel free to contact us, if you may have further concerns. Regards, Pestend Team
