Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Customer feedback is very important for us, as our goal is to maintain the highest level of customer service always! After reviewing your account, I can see that we performed a mice and silverfish extermination together. However, the follow up visits were just for silverfish, which means that we were successfully able resolve your mice issue. Regarding the silverfish follow ups, the interval between the follow ups range anywhere from 2-3 months, which indicates that the treatment did work for that period. In certain cases, the insects can come back if the dampness and moisture in the problem areas is not resolved. A chemical treatment is designed to only address the current issue, consequently if ay structural issues are not addressed the problem may persist. Also, according to our records the last email we received from you was on August/28/2017, and there was a prompt response, which resulted in scheduling you for a follow up appointment on Sep/13/2017 based upon your availability. Unfortunately, there are no other records of any further communication from your side since the date of the follow up. Best Wishes, Pestend Team

Hello Susan, thank you for taking the time to voice your concern. Customer feedback is very important for us, as we always strive to provide the highest level of service. After conducting an extensive investigation it has become clear that you failed to follow the technicians recommendations. The technician that visited your property clearly indicated on the service receipt that there was no sign of wildlife present in your attic. However, he did indicate that he found mice tracks leading into your attic and also recommended a mice extermination. Unfortunately you were convinced that the issue could not be mice, as you believed the noises you were hearing were to loud to be as such. For your peace of mind the technician installed wire mesh to seal a damaged area, which could potentially give access to wildlife. We were unable to perform the mice extermination because you were not convinced with our technicians findings. When you called back a few days later you were still convinced that the noises you were hearing had to be a larger animal.On the basis of you being convinced that it must be a large animal, the representative suggested it is possible that you were mistaking the noise with the sound of high winds affecting a vulnerable area on your rooftop. He also suggested that if you were still convinced that it was a wildlife issue, then you should monitor the noise in regards to what time of the day or night it is occurring, so we could determine if in fact you were dealing with something else besides mice. You then decided to call another company that also provided the same diagnosis. For that reason it is difficult for us to understand where we fell short of your expectations.
