Tony was excellent. Arrived when he was scheduled and quickly completed the job. He removed a huge wasp nest from the second floor of my house. Quite dangerous and tricky. Would highly recommend him.

Unfortunately we had mice in our house somehow he got in the house but before they multiply I called Pestend after being reading their nice reviews. Zafar showed up very nice and professional gentleman he did very thorough job and within the time frame he gave us all mice gone. Excellent job Zafar you are life saver Highly recommend thumbs up

used pestend beofre, this time they sent out tony. Tony came very promptly, like within 20 minutes of the call, came to assess my wasp issue, gave me a quote and started work. He was very quick in the wasp removal which was great bc i had to get back to work, but he made sure they were no longer a bother. Basically had 2 wasp situations, one was on the second floor behind a shutter and another the equivalent of a 3rd floor height. Tony was quick to pack up and clean, and off to another job. Thanks Tony appreciate the professionalism, fast service, and follow through. my parents have used pestend before and they came recommended that way, i have no qualms on using them again for wasps or other pests.

I moved to my new house 20 days ago and it had cockroaches and mice from the previous owners. After I call them and can say we are almost free from the pest.

We had a mice problem, I think that's enough said to make you hire an exterminator. I called Pestend the day after I caught one, and explained my issue. They sent Alex out on the day I requested and he was really great. He knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing. Found mice droppings in my house and lost my mind. Then called Pestend and Zafar came out, dealt with the problem and was super kind about reassuring me and answering all of my questions.

I have spent a long time (two years) with Pestend trying to solve my attic mice problem. They still exist. The company honored their one year warranty and send their technician (Naseer) back to revisit issue and every time he would use more mice poison patches. But they don't seem to work. Then recently I paid them again to come and analyze ways to prevent new mice to get in the house (claim they made was the case). The new technician suggested a few minor tasks that I took care of immediately. But it seems that their material or methods just don't eliminate the problem. In fact, every time I used the old mouse trap, I would catch one daily. So even though they tried, they didn't get the job done. Isn't that what we are looking for? How much more patience can one have with a company? I have had it. I am currently researching for a real professional company who can handle little mice!
