Alex arrived on time and ready to tackle an invisible but very busy wasp nest hidden under a soffit/eavestrough. He explained what he would be doing to treat it with a chemical powder (Drione), and how long it would take to eliminate the wasps. I appreciate that he explained that there is a 3month warranty for the service, and answered all my questions clearly. Here's hoping it will do the trick!

The technician was very polite and told me what he thought the problem was. he also advised i cut the tree branches so that they are 1 foot away from the house. Immediately after he applied the poison in and out of the house, the carpenter ants started dying and accumulating inside in the basement and kitchen area. The problem almost disappeared for a couple of months and I would see one or two here an there but they were moving very slow which indicated that they were poisoned. Then for almost a month i saw none. Lately they have come back and within three months of the first treatment the ants are back especially on the counter top. I have called pest end and they will be coming tomorrow to treat again. I don't know how this will end and who is going to win the battle in the end me or the ants. Moe the technician was good and I am hoping he will have a better strategy this time.

I called to have 3 wasps nests removed from our shed. We received same day service. The technician - Moe - was very courteous and professional. Overall, very impressive service and great value for money.

Service technician ("Naseer Ahmad") was courteous and professional in manner. He exhibited patience in listening to a summary of the problem (which was confined to kitchen area), whereupon he gave a clear explanation of the 2 step process that would be used to chemically eradicate the infestation. He advised that should the problem return, the company's 3 month warranty would provide a second treatment (free of charge). However, Naseer was confident that only one application would be necessary, which has (happily) proven to be the case. I would highly recommend Pestend Inc. to friends and neighbours.

Moe was the technician who worked in my home. He was very professional and performed the service twice (once again within 5 months) of treating mice. Although the mice had returned for the second time, it was due to lack of after care from me since the location in which the mice enter the home was not covered. Company policy was not to perform the service twice for negligence but Moe still retreated my home because of my paranoia of these tiny creatures!! Thanks Moe

I had a problem of fruit flies breeding in most parts of my home. I called Pestend and my technician was Moe who came over and inspected the house. Moe is very knowledgeable and was prompt to discover the cause of the problem along with a solution. It has been a month now from the time he treated the issue and my home is now insect free. Had bed bugs on the couch in the tv room, called Pestend and they sent a very nice guy named Fazee. He did an amazing and very thorough job of spraying not just the couch but the whole house. He came back two weeks later and they were gone! But he still sprayed the house one more time just to make sure and so far no bites! Thanks Fazee great job!

Tony came by the first time mid August to investigate on removing 2 wasp nests for us, one at the highest peak of the house, approximately 40 ft. He was very professional and provided a detailed explanation of what he would do and verbal quote at that time. He returned a few days later, exactly when he said he would and quickly and efficiently removed the nests. We've had no issues with the wasps since then. We would highly recommend Tony from Pestend.
