We have just moved in to a house and noticed quite a bits of aunts in basement. After pulling a drywall, we saw tons of aunts and nests in between the wall. Called Pestend on a Civic holiday and they sent a technician ASAP. Where everywhere else did not even answer my call, Pestend understood the urgency and we were able to deal with it on the same day. The technician that came is Zafar. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us an amazing service. He handle the infestation from inside and outside. Gave us some pointer as to what to watch for and how they had possibly enter the house. Honestly, blown away by his service. I have work in customer service for a very long time and can recognized quality service. Thank you Zafar for your expertise. We have not seen any aunts since!!!

We contacted Pestend when we noticed we had a mouse problem. Fazee came the same day we called to check out the problem. He was extremely knowledgable and explained to us the best plans for getting rid of the mice. He placed bait and traps both inside and outside the house. We were concerned about using poison because we have a small dog, but Fazee assured us that the chemicals used would easily deal with the mice, but would in no way harm our dog Because he wouldn't be able to get into the traps. We opted for the home protection plan so that Fazee will return monthly to check for mouse activity. It's been one month since we first called Pestend. Fazee returned today to check the status of the traps. We are happy to know that the mice in our house are gone. There is still some mouse activity outside our house. Fazee refilled the traps and will continue with monthly checkups.

I called Pestend to do a surveillance of a home that had an issue with mice in the past. Tony, the technologist arrived on time and did a thorough inspection, answering all my questions and gave useful preventative advice for the future. I would recommend this service to others

I called around on a Saturday and this was the only company where a human answered the phone (nice), I explained my problem and time restraint and they could send someone the same day before I had to leave. Tony was professional, explained the process to me, and what precautions I should take. He said I may see some activity over the next few days but it should diminish within the week. If not, I could call him back for a followup. No need. By the following morning nothing came in or out of the soffit and a few weeks have past and all is calm. The service was fast, professional and economical. I will gladly use them again if needed.

Mo came on time and did the work quickly. He followed up with a text to see if the ants were gone and came for a follow up visit to get the last remaining ones. Very happy with the work

After spotting two mice in my apartment I called Pestend for their services. I needed peace of mind to ensure that more mice would not enter. Alex from Pestend came and placed treatment in various areas of the apartment. He explained how the treatment works - mice are ultimately driven away from the apartment so you will not find any future dead mice laying around. He was very efficient.

I really tried to combat bed bugs on my own. I have to say these bugs are far too tenacious for the over the counter products. I steamed, applied rubbing alcohol, diatomaceous earth, vacuumed and laundered with assiduous care. I was losing. Finally phoned Pestend and Luqman came to my rescue. He spent a lot of time carefully fumigating my house and concentrated on the "hot spots" like the beds, couch etc. Luqman was well versed on the habits of the bugs and took extra proactive measures on areas that were not infested. I highly recommend Pestend for their expertise and overall customer satisfaction.
