Zafar is Amazing he came twice to fix my bees issue in my backyard I was very frustrated Carpenter bees were eating my wood then Zafar came and explained me everything about bees I didn't know anything about them thanx Zafar you are life saver

I recently had a extermination session with Pestend. (My landlord paid for it so I don't know the actual price) My exterminator was Alex. I found him very good, he was fast, efficient, friendly and helpful, the extermination was effective. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Sorry the review is so late, I was out of the house for about 5 days. The only caveat I will add is that since my bug problem is unfixable, I would have preferred if he had emphasized pet safe treatments only, because ultimately it just means I have to clean it up myself. That said, the service I received was excellent and I am very happy with it.

About 2 weeks ago a window caulker was on our balcony and noticed 2 wasp /hornet nests. We considered removing them ourselves, but the hovering activity really scared us. Today, they seemed to be getting more aggressive and extending their territory so I decided to call the professionals. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone on a holiday, but Pestend arranged it very quickly and FAZEE came within a few hours, actually earlier than I had hoped for. He was courteous, quick and very professional, patiently explaining whatever I asked. He was extremely polite and clean around the house. The price was fair and they did not try to upsell me or charge extra for the additional nest he found. I would recommend him to everyone with the unfortunate bad luck of having wasp or hornets nests on their property. polite and clean in the house.

I called many people to fo the rat control on my residence. Two of them never showed up. I called this compnay and Alex came by. He was so freindly ans knowledgable. I am so happy he did the job in less the few hours from the time I called. I will recomend him to all.

UPDATED 11/25/16 - I called Pestend to have Tony return and finish the job. He came on time as scheduled, removed the one-way exit door he had installed previously and repaired the point of entry/exit. Tony is just an awesome guy to deal with. I've worked with other companies on pest control and have found them not so easy to talk to. But Tony is both incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He is the single biggest reason I will turn to Pestend for any pest control needs in the future. Thanks gain, Tony! We were sure we had a racoon living in the attic of our townhouse. Tony came and confirmed tracks in the attic as well as the point of entry before explaining the process for extraction/removal in detail and installing a one-way door. He was amazing to deal with - super friendly and from I can tell, super thorough in his installation of the one-way door. He was also just awesome to get to know throughout the entire process. I must have asked him a million questions, mostly out of curiosity, and he was happy to answer every single one of them.

Moe arrived and looked over the situation before he got all his equipment out. The nest was quite large and situated high up under the eaves of our house. He destroyed the nest and took it down with minimal mess. Great job and a load off of my mind with the potential threat of wasp or hornet stings now gone

We contacted Pestend Inc. for mice control, which we observed in our garage. Moh Iqbal was our technician and we were very impressed by his professionalism and work ethics. He examined each and every corner of our house besides the garage and treated each corner. He assured us to visit again if we notice any more mice activity. Pestend Inc. gives you one year warranty which is a great offer. Then we had to recall Moh Iqbal again on 25th July 2016 as we observed some activity under the electrical unit in the basement. Moh Iqbal found out that the Electrical unit built outside the builders was not closed and there was a big hole in the wall. He suggested to fill it with cement and assured us that there will be no further problem.We are very happy and satisfied by Pestend Inc. services and their team.
