    After 2yrs and 2.5mths...... Pending further update...to be continued...

    The Director of Operations met up with me this week and he so kindly apologized and empathized with me for the negative experience I had to go through with an ex-contractor with the company that didn't properly complete the job that resulted in further damage to my foundation and then to my basement over time. Once he discovered this in part through the HomeStars review, he quickly contacted me to discuss and to remedy the immediate health concerns. His crew came in the day after I called to clean and remove the potential hazards. They were very quick and diligent which expressed pride in their work. I will update with new photos at a later date......remediation is still ongoing and reconstruction will be at a later date... Thank you.

    Mold in the basement

    We called Canada’s Restoration Services to help us investigate moldy smell in our basement. We got an appointment the next day, Alex came over, quickly identified the issue, and it is now solved. Their whole team was great and very effective, and Alex was extremely polite and professional. Thanks very much!

    look no more, you have found the company to remove your mold!

    Having mold in your house is one of the worst news you can get as a first time home buyer. When we found mold in our basement we were terrified! fortunately Jean Michelle from the CRS home office came to our rescue. We really appreciate the dedication and human touch that Jean and his team have had with use. They successfully removed the mold and have helped us in every way possible to make our home a safe and happy place again. We still have some reconstruction to do, but at least we know nothing is growing in our basement. Thank you guys for the tremendous help, I will never forget all you have done for us. Also, they are super clean and leave everything extremely tidy :)

    Mold/Asbestos removal, Water Damage restoration

    Jean-Michel is very professional. Good price. Good work. He was very kind and respectful to advise us in advance if he couldn't make it on certain scheduled days/times. He was also able to acknowledge his limits and refer us to the appropriate person if the work was more specialized as he wants to guarantee good results! (good autocritic!). Thank you so much.     Water Damage Ceiling Repair - Fixing other Contractor's Poor Workmanship - Exceptional, detail-oriented hard workers

    After completing a renovation with another contractor, we had the misfortune of experiencing a major tub overflow (thanks to our 12 year old son). We had the insurance company's preferred contractor come out to perform the repairs to our newly renovated and even more recently flooded living/dining room ceiling. This contractor did an exceptionally poor job. Even though we gave them multiple times to fix it, they were unable to fix it properly. I called Alex at Canadian Restoration Services. He came out to assess. Then, Luis came out to have a look and provide a quote. We hired them to fix the other contractor's mistakes. Luis scheduled with us quickly. He brought his crew in. They did an outstanding job of covering and protecting our furniture and new floors. They also sealed up the room to keep the dust from entering the rest of the house. All of which the first contractor did not do at all. Luis and his crew worked exceedingly hard over the course of a week in difficult conditions - they ran heaters which made the room so hot. They went over patches several times over to ensure the ceiling would be perfect. When they were done, it was absolutely flawless. These guys have amazing attention to detail! When they finished, Luis and his crew cleaned up. They went above and beyond, getting down on their hands and knees with cloths to clean up any debris and dust from the floor, walls and baseboards. Then they even mopped. I've attached pics - please note that any appearance of streaking is solely due to the lighting. The ceiling is perfection. Honestly, this is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Attic inspection

    Inspector was prompt and efficient. He inspected the entire attic for its condition, air quality, insulation and mould. He prepared his report within hours and sent to us.

    Water damage restoration and repair in ceiling

    Aris, the project manager assigned to our job, and his crews did a great job restoring our damaged ceiling. Both crews were extremely efficient, professional, and tidy. Aris also answered any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. Best of all, they were able to start and finish the job before most companies said they could send someone for a quote.

    Duct Asbestos Removal

    Jorge was called in after we found out there was a small amount of asbestos tape on some ducts. He was prompt in returning my emails and quick to arrange to come for an estimate (he came during his lunch break). All communication was prompt and clear and the crew came and completed the work on time. The work was completed in a timely fashion and appears to be done well. We would definitely recommend Jorge to others looking to remove asbestos!

    Mole remediation

    Alex from Canada's Restoration Services was extremely professional and informative. He explained the issue well and also provided appropriate solutions. Alex was on time, efficient and helpful. Great service. Definitely recommeded!

    Asbestos removal

    Jorge was very friendly and professional to deal with. His quote was fair and accurate. Jorge's employee, Stephany arrived to complete the asbestos job. She too, was very polite and professional. She explained the process that she was going to be performing on the asbestos encapsulation process of my vent. I will highly recommend Jorge and his company to other friends who may require his services.
