It turned out not to be anything that was worth the cost of treatment and Lester recommended a cleaning spray from Home Depot that did the job exactly as Lester said. This company is honest and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.Answer from pro:

Lester and his team were recommended by my condo building property management team. I am the owner of the unit. I had some flooding in my unit arising from a dishwasher leak. I was very panicked as I had a similar event not so long ago and didnt want to impact my neighbours unit. Lester came by right away on a Saturday night. He was out for the evening but came to assess the issue anyway. He is a great man. Amazing people skills and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed the issue and checked the other units potentially impacted and confirmed the issue was only in my unit. He had his team come that evening to do the work required to ensure the water was cleaned up, drywall was removed as necessary, disinfectant used and fans put in place - all to avoid mold. His team, Julio and Vincent, were fantastic. Like Lester they had amazing people skills and excellent knowledge of what needed to be done. Julio as the leader was also great at explaining what he was doing and why. The prices was super reasonable. In the past I had paid way more. I am beyond pleased would highly recommend Lester, Julio and Vincent.Answer from pro:

We had air quality testing done by a third party and determined that mold removal and restoration work was required. We reached out to Canada's Restoration Services and Lester was back to us within 24 hours. We received an immediate site visit and had estimates for mold mitigation and reconstruction services shortly thereafter. We increased the scope to include other maintenance items. Lester coordinated all of the work of his teams and his subcontractors, and kept us up to date throughout the process. The crews (mitigation & reconstruction) were excellent. The mitigation work was more extensive than anticipated and that risk was something that was discussed in advance with Lester. Julio and his mitigation team were thorough and with Lester, kept us informed throughout. Great Job!!!! Vincent, Leo and the reconstruction team were equally thorough and with Lester, also kept us informed throughout. Again, Great Job!!! Surprises? Sure. But that was the nature of the work and in all cases Lester and the teams kept us fully informed. We had lots of questions and they made sure that we clearly understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. We were very impressed with the quality of the work by everyone and their desire to make sure that we, the customer, were happy with what they were doing. We strongly recommend this team for any critical, time sensitive mitigation and reconstruction work ....amazing service! It was also a very pleasant change of pace to hear these people sing the praises of their company and the people they work for. It is not a coincidence that these people perform at such a high level. I am an elderly woman, and I am glad I chose this company to remove mold from my laundry room and asbestos from a pipe. I am very happy to see young men like Julio and Moises, who are skilled at this type of work. Julio is truly very kind; from the moment he arrived at our home, he introduced himself and explained in detail how they would enclose the work area from the rest of the house. They left an air scrubber running for a few days and managed to save the wooden studs. The day he came to pick up the equipment and remove the containment, he showed me and explained the work in detail once again. What I liked the most was seeing the quality and cleanliness of their work. They even took the time to clean our washer and dryer. I highly recommend this company and Julios team.Answer from pro:

I cannot say enough good things about Lester (project manager) and the crew consisting of Jesus and Julio. They were very professional, thorough and transparent, giving me quite an education on the process. They took their time to do things the right way. They even found more asbestos than originally predicted and didn't charge extra. I have since gotten a follow up air quality test done, (only because I have a toddler running around, not because I doubted their work), and it has come up negative, not a trace. Lester, the project manager, visited our home on Friday and emailed a detailed quote to me Friday evening . This was in regards to removing mold in my basement behind the kitchen cabinet, due to a leaking pipe in the wall. Julio and Israel did the work the following Tuesday. It took them 1 day to remove the drywall and a portion of the plywood floor. All of the mold was removed and a hepa air scrubber was left to operate for 2 days. On Thursday evening, Julio came back to remove the air scrubber. He also gave me before and after photos. Julio was very pleasant, communicated well with me and worked efficiently, did not waste time. All rubbish was bagged and removed from my basement.Answer from pro:
