    Mold remediation

    Julio and Vicente are very hard working individuals who did an exceptional job remediating the Mold in my cold room. Would recommend them highly as they give their company a good name.

    Amazing experience of working with Jorge

    Jorge from Canadas Restoration Services assisted us with a particularly complex maintenance issue at our rental property. In addition to his extensive knowledge and expertise in identifying and resolving the root cause of the issue, he also provided us with research protocols to prevent future occurrences. Despite residing in the US while our rental property is in Canada, Jorge generously devoted his personal time on multiple occasions to guide us over phone calls. Remarkably, he never charged us for these consultations, despite being entitled to do so. I highly recommend working with him as your preferred company representative. Jorge is not only highly skilled but also genuinely prioritizes helping clients resolve their property restoration concerns over financial gain. And this immediately brings a lot of trust to his work.

    Inspection and quote

    Contacted the company to get an inspection and quote for damaged flooring & ceiling following a leak. Jorge came to inspect promptly and was so pleasant to talk to. Put me at ease with work needed and answered all my questions. The landlord ended up fixing, but it was good to get Jorge expert eyes on the situation to better learn what was needed. Would recommend for restoration / emergency services.

    Asbestos removal

    I worked with Lester to get a quote and advice. He was very helpful and patient as we weighed our options. His team was friendly on arrival, and made quick work of the removal to accordage my timing. Thanks Lester and team.

    Professionalism at its finest

    100% recommend. Jorge was speedy in coming out to assess the situation. Provided us with a quote detailing what would be done. Jose and Jesus did an excellent job. The problem was fixed, cleaned afterwards and Jose gave us a summary of what was done, including pics. Very satisfied. Thanks!!

    Excellent work, professionally done

    Jorge, José, and the team did a fantastic job demolishing our basement, removing the old carpets, and clearing the backyard. They communicated clearly, ensuring I understood each step they took to turn this house into our future home. After completing the work, they thoroughly cleaned the area. I will definitely hire Canada Restoration Services again.

    Leaking Roof

    Our roof leaked after a large storm. Lester came quickly to assess the damage and sent a team with equipment same day. Someone incorrectly repaired the leak so we needed CRS to come back again quickly. They once again came same day. They were fantastic, making sure we got all the help we needed (and more) to dry out our ceiling and walls.

    Asbestos Abatement and Mold Removal

    I needed to have the popcorn ceiling removed in my family room that contained asbestos and some mould removed behind drywall from a prior water issue. I received quotes from several contractors. Lester was thorough and detailed in his quote, and the price was fair. After reading prior reviews on the company, I was convinced that I made the right choice. The work team led by Jesus was prompt and diligent in getting the job completed in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Lester was available for any questions and followed up to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Lester and his team did an excellent job and provided the piece of mind the job was competed in a thorough and responsible manner. The work site was contained and clean, considering the nature of handling hazardous materials. No hesitation to recommend Lester as Project Manager along with Team Lead Jesus to get the job completed. Jesus and their work team. We cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them on future projects!

    Incredible Work by Lester, Jesus & Team

    I could not recommend Lester and Jesus enough. They worked with diligence and were very efficient in completing the works required. Lester went above and beyond as a project manager. He communicated with us and give us peace of mind throughout the process. He is organized, transparent and professional. Jesus was an excellent team leader who kept the job site clean. This was especially important given our homes wood trim and craftsmanship. Their team completed the work without damaging our homes special features. We cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them on future projects!

    Lester and his team are fast, flexible and want to make the client happy

    Lester and his team worked with us to remove mold caused by a flood and restore half of our condo, whereas other companies would only quote to do the full condo. Because the flooring ran through the entire unit, the challenge was finding the right wood flooring to match so half of the apartment didn't look odd. Not only did the team get rid of the mold, as proved with a clearance test, but they also worked with us to replace the flooring with a nearly identical match and put in beautiful custom marble tile in the kitchen. Lester personally hunted for tiles that matched a photo I had sent him and brought options for the wood flooring to ensure it was as close to the original as possible. The flooring turned out great and is an upgrade to our unit. Lester and his contractors remained communicative and provided many options for quotes and flooring examples to give us choices. He also answered my MANY questions with patience and sound advice. We will be using his team again for future upgrades.
