    Beyond expectations

    Hello , We put up our home for sale , and unfortunately the home inspector found mold in the attic. Both our home inspector and the retailer recommended Canadas Restoration Services. The customer service agent answered the call instantly and had the inspector ( project manager ) Alex come to inspect the next day. Alex was very polite , professional and promised We will received the estimate the same - and we did together with a step by step scope of work. Once we approved the job was scheduled. The team led by Hosa , hope I didnt misspell , did a great , clean job. Showed us pix of the process and made sure everything ran based on the scope we received from Alex The home inspector came to perform a Clarence and no surprise, no mold was left behind We want to thank everyone from CRS.

    Exceptional Quality Service

    Canada Restoration Service offers amazing customer service satisfaction and deliverys what they promise. I dealt with Jorge throughout a tradgey experience I had at my home and he was there ever step of the way to guide me through all the stages of what was involved to repair the damages to my house and made it a smooth , easy and fast process. My house now feels like home again and I want to thank Jorge and the rest of his team members for all their help.

    Inspection

    Contacted the company to identify extent of water leak damage. Jorge arrived on time, was very pleasant and helped with the request.

    Mould mitigation, bathroom renovation

    We discovered a leak running under the bathroom tiles, found some mould, and of course were very worried as to the extent of the damage. We called Canadas Restoration Services, and by the morning of the next day Lester showed up right on time. He was super personable and professional, obviously an expert, took very detailed measurements and pictures, and within a few hours that same day had a very detailed and thorough estimate of exactly what needed to be done. Over the course of the next few days, Jesus, Darien, Luis and his coworkers, had the mould gone, bathroom stripped and rebuilt better than before. They showed up on time every single day, were very friendly and polite, and did a truly fantastic job. We frankly couldnt believe how Lester and his staff turned such a stressful situation into actually an enjoyable one. Unbelievable. We wholeheartedly recommend Lester and Canadas Restoration Services - completely reliable, professional, honest, and friendly. We are so happy to have found them:)

    Asbestos Removal

    I have used Canada's Restoration Services on a few projects now, and they always deliver excellent service. From start to finish, Alex and his team did a fantastic job on this commercial asbestos abatement project. From site prep to cleanup, these guys are the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mould or asbestos removal. I'll be using them again soon!

    Mold removal from attic

    My husband & I are beyond thankful for Lester & the team ! The mold was found & we had a very short timeline to correct it ,without hesitation Lester was on it ! He was so professional with a kind caring demeanour & he knew his qualified team could deliver. Lester reassured us they would get the job done ! I can honestly say with great confidence & 100 percent assurance, we would recommend Canadas Restoration Services to all !

    Mold mitigation

    I had a mold problem in the bathroom of my room, I hired the service with Alex, José and Julio did the mold mitigation very well, and they work very cleanly

    Fast quality service

    Lester and his team did a great job remediating mold we found in our basement. We encountered a lot of it behind some drywall, and when I called them they were there the next day. They stayed the whole day until it was done, they did a great job setting up and cleaning and disinfecting the area. We encountered more and they took care of it no charge. This is the second job we used them for and we would call them again!

    Excellent Mold Remediation and flood restoration services

    We bought a new house, moved in and a week in we had a flood and signs of an existing mold problem started to pop up. I called a few different services and was impressed by the excellent customer service and information I received with Canada's restoration services. Once Lester(Site project Manager) arrived he effectively, efficiently, and accurately assessed the situation. What I appreciated most of all was his attention to detail and expert level knowledge of my situation. He quickly organized his work crew led by Jesus. The team came in and was extremely professional, organized, and left the site thoroughly cleaned, and completely abated the mold. Once I fixed the source of the leak in my basement they came back for additional abatement and completely restored my basement. I am so happy and fortunate to have found this business and have dealt with these professionals, I highly recommend them!
